Stayed Mar 13, 2025This house was perfect for our trip! We’ve stayed in the Carillon neighborhood before, but this property was the best so far! Check in was super easy/codes provided on time and worked, house was very clean, kitchen stocked with any appliance you could need, front porch was so relaxing, and close walk to the beach/ also, the property is right across from the pool/basketball court area. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had an amazing week at this property. The house was immaculate when we arrived and it is a gorgeous property. Located across the street from the largest pool, the basketball courts and pickleball courts was a huge plus for us having a teenager and younger children.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023The location was amazing for kids as it is right across from the park, pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The house was ok.. outdoor furniture inside living room. No blankets on any of the beds, blinds were jankoty and very few kitchen cooking amenities. The most concerning thing was there was a strong smell of gas when we checked in (you could smell from the street outside). It was over 24 hours later when someone from the management company got back to us about it. So we rolled the dice and went to sleep with young children hoping for the best. Vacasa can do better.

Stayed Oct 30, 2022This is right across from pool/playground/tennis/pickle ball/bball. Bery quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to quiet beach. Great front porch swings. Master/ bunk room upstairs. 2nd master main level- would be perfect for family+ grandparents
