    The house was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I liked very much the layout. The location was great, close to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The trails to the beach were nice to walk.

    The home and natural environment are so perfect and perfectly Montauk. Near Ditch Plains beach and surfing, near town and the docks and the golf course and more BUT on a secluded and private property. Inside, its a gem in itself; beautifully decorated and easy to live in comfortably. Downstairs has a sort of separate guest suite. A completely unique property in Montauk.

    This Montauk home is lovely and filled with light. The location, on an unpaved road adjacent to Shadmoor State Park, is ideal for beach and nature lovers. The house is well appointed inside and out, with a spacious deck, beautiful outdoor shower, new grill, and stunning roses for clipping. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean from the house and enjoyed being just a short walk from the beach. Communication with our host was easy and pleasant. We would love to return!
