Stayed Sep 4, 2025The house was fine- felt odd to have to run out to get toilet paper. I feel that should be a basic in any house. All is was fine. I know fees are high for Cape Cod in the summer - this seemed a bit overpriced for the condition of the house.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Perfect location; walks to the Bay everyday!Nice open kitchen and living space. All five bedrooms had plenty of space. A lot of beach chairs for use as well as many other items. Big backyard with cozy fire pit. We won’t forget this vacation!!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Clean house with great spaces. Good beds and big closets. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The washer and dryer and dishwasher were great. The basement was moldy but we barely needed to go down there other than for laundry.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Could use a deep cleaning. Had to find linens and towels in alcoves of closets. Many requests to clean in house books even though we paid cleaning fee. Aside from this house is well appointed in a great area. We had a great time

Stayed Aug 24, 2024The house was a great, very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The short walk to the beach and easy access to the rail trail was a great balance between activities and rest.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had a wonderful time. The property was ideal for our family….the yard was great for the children and the house could accommodate all comfortably. We were close to the beach for walking and driving distance to the ocean beaches. Brewster is a lovely town and people were very friendly. Perfect vacation spot and the sunsets were spectacular!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The house was in a perfect location for us, our adult children and their partners. Easy walk to bayside beach and close to the rail trail and Nickerson State Park. Lots of room for the seven of us, stocked with everything we needed during the week. Host was responsive and lots of helpful info on things to do for those who aren’t familiar with the area.
