A Shore Thing - Quiet Home with 2 Golf Carts!

We had a wonderful time! There is something for everyone in the community!

This home and location is perfect for all ages. We loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend for multi generational families... totally baby proofed, lots of retirees in the community and the teenagers loved the golf carts! There was plenty of space for 2 families to stay and the layout is separated enough to have your own space. We loved this home and will definitely be back when the weather is warmer!

Great host, and great location! Destin/Sandestin is a super cool location. Excellent facilities, beautiful beach, golf carts are an excellent way to get around.We will be back. Thank you Traci for a wonderful stay and a really nice home away from home for 10 days.

Quick communication with host and a well designed home for guests with a functional kitchen for those who prefer to cook and eat in.

This was our second time

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property, but did have a few issues. Some repair needed to be done while we were there, and had I better understood the scope (all day repair) of the work, I would have said no to allowing it to be done. We were credited 100, but frankly, it should have been much more as we could not access our upstairs, and we had 2 young children with us. Additionally, with the strict instructions sent to us I was very careful to note each and every little thing we noticed upon checking in. I do want to comment on the cleanliness of the home, and greatly appreciated the care taken in that regard.

The house was as the pictures showed. The golf carts were great to get around the area. The beach was nice but hard to find at first. Two nice heated community pools were fun for the family. If planning on cooking bring the following griddle pan, measuring Pyrex cups, peeler and whisk. Nice area to stay in, make sure to feed the turtles!

We stayed at Sandestin several times and this has been by far the best one, perfectly supplied with everything you’ll need, fully stocked, two golf carts came in super handy, and lots of hot water for eight people. Will definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great area, it was very clean, it was decorated very nicely, and it had plenty of space for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it. Golf cart was a big hit with my kids. Loved it.

What an adventure for us. Busy day life but you have the streets to yourself in the evening. The resort had so much to offer.

We had an incredible stay at this beach home! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The heated pool was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The house itself was wonderfully kid-friendly and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner without missing a single thing. The beds were super comfy, and the thoughtful addition of beach chairs, toys, and towels made our beach days even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

We had a perfect vacation staying here! It was clean and comfortable, a great layout and comparable living and kitchen area for hanging out, quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and fun! Traci was always quick to reply with any questions or concerns we had and made check in a breeze. House instructions and check out lists were readily posted around the house for ease of access which made everything so easy to find. We can’t wait to be back!

Itwas my dream summer to stay here in this home, I have wanted a big family trip for several years. From the time we checked in until we left, worked perfectly. House was wonderful, kid friendly very functional, and when I did contact the owner it was immediate response! Thank you for sharing this home with my children and their spouses also my grand babies! For me it was a dream come true! Made it even better that our comfort level was great and the amenities in the house and on the resort were fabulous!!

Great place to hang with family. Our adult grands ranged from 17-24. They had a ball taking the golf carts around the area. Plenty to do on the resort. You can’t see the ocean from the property but a 5 minute drive and parking available. Ours took the carts. Fishing was awesome right out the back door. The 4 th bedroom was all bunks and for children it would be fine. We ended up using both couches which were long and boys didn’t complain. Also all bedrooms are upstairs. As far as communication, I really didn’t talk to anyone and we had no problems during our stay.

This was by far the best home away from home experience I’ve experienced. We visit Destin annually but always opt to stay at a hotel on the beach. Well I wanted something a little different and went this route. I won’t be going back to hotels after this experience. Just having everything at my fingertips made it so sweet. The young kids in the group loved the back pond filled with turtles. We fed the turtles daily. The golf carts made getting around fun for all. I will be booking my next stay here.

This is a beautiful home with so many things to do within a short drive on the included golf carts. We enjoyed fishing in the pond each day. Having the golf carts provided easy access to explore everything that Sandestin has to offer including the beach, pool, restaurants, Baytowne Wharf village, basketball, putt-putt and the grocery store. We can’t wait to plan our next family vacation!

Place was clean and wonderful. The golf carts were a plus to get around the resort. The pond in the back was full of turtles. Great place and location to bring family for some sun and relaxation.
