A rare manicured golf and tennis friendly POOL home, safe gated community.

All went well. Mark is easy to deal with. The property is located in the lakes area of the development. Although due to the location, our only regret was that getting golf tee times was difficult. Beyond that, great property.

This home has everything. It is a good size. It is in a great country club with a great club house and all kinds of activities. It is only 5+ miles from the airport. And, it close to everything and easy to get around. Mark, the owner, is very easy to contact and easy to work with. The only problem we had was trying to get a tee time in high season. Members could book 7 days ahead of time while guests could only book 4 days ahead. So, almost impossible to get on in February. And, we would have preferred a couple of lounge chairs and table and chairs in the pool/patio area. Maybe not a big deal for everyone. A definate keeper.

The house was awesome! Very comfortable home away from home' with absolutely ALL the amenities that you want and need on your stay! The on-site club house and block pools were VERY nice and clean. Mark was very accommodating during our stay and easy to reach if we had questions.

What a great stay! I have reserved several properties via VRBO and Homeway throughout the country and this was one of the best! I stayed for a month in this house which is located in the Colonial Country Club and comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage, and a pool! Perfect for lazy Saturdays when the temperatures and the sun were up and included a covered sitting area in case of an afternoon rain shower! There is access to the clubhouse, golfing, a fitness room, and several communities pools. One nice surprise was a several mile long nature trail immediately accessible behind the house. Absolutely beautiful for early morning walks! The community also has a full network of sidewalks so you can really get in some serious miles. The community is gated which provides a nice sense of security and there are plenty of amenities close by such as 2 grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The house itself was staged nicely with a beach/nature feel with everything you need for your stay including kitchenwares, coffee maker, pool floats, towels, several cruiser bikes, and wifi internet access. I definitely would stay here again!
