This charming home has been thoughtfully restored and renovated. Guests will enjoy the quiet, tree-lined streets of an established neighborhood that's walking distance to Downtown North Augusta, South Carolina's Riverfront, and five minutes from Downtown Augusta, GA. A portion of the profit from this rental is donated to a cancer research non-profit.
The Space:
Our home has all the essentials: an updated and fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, wifi and smart TVs, and more!
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided a unique access code to the digital keypad lock.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home throughout the duration of their stay!
The Neighborhood:
There are many wonderful places to take a walk including the Greeneway which is a seven mile paved path that meanders along the Savannah River and through North Augusta. It is simply beautiful and full of photo worthy views. We encourage you to take advantage of this marvelous attraction. Parking and access is located near the Greeneway`s eastern terminus off of Riverside Boulevard opposite the entrance drive to the River Golf Club.
Getting Around:
While the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat walkable, many guests will prefer the convenience of taxis and ride shares should they be without their own form of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
We arrived late in the evening after an 8 hour drive and were not able to get into the property for almost 2 hours because the door lock doesn’t work and were left standing on the cold with my 7 week old baby. I called the owner several times with no response. The property manager gave me another key location 2 hours later and we were finally able to enter. The house had no heat working and was 58 degrees inside. The house never warmed up. The next afternoon a mechanic came out and told us not to turn the heat on for another 8 hours THEN see if it worked, obviously that won’t work for us with a baby. The property manager was wonderfully responsive, but refused to refund us after we had to move out after a freezing cold miserable night, they dared to say that heat was an “amenity” versus a necessity even though the temperatures were in the 30s outside at night. The property photographs well but it’s crappy inside as nothing was even functional. I cannot rate this property low enough. STAY AWAY!!
