Very beautiful, lots of rooms for a family of 10 , very nice patio deck , and large game room

This is a wonderful property that welcomes pets. It is very clean and very well-appointed with everything you need in the home. The decks are really nice, and even though the home is nestled in a neighborhood, the views out back make you feel like you’re in the middle of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

Mark was a great host. Easy to communicate with and very detailed with instructions for the house.

The host was very responsive and readily available, though we hardly needed to reach out because the home truly had everything we needed and check-in was effortless. The backyard was ideal for both my tiny Italian Greyhound and my 3-year-old granddaughter. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked—far beyond what you typically find in a vacation rental. The home was spotless, and you would never know pets had stayed there, yet it was incredibly pet-friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely love to return in the future.

House was clean and spacious. Enough hot water for everyone to take a hot shower.

2nd time stay, it was the perfect place to stay for NAU Family Weekend.

We were in Flagstaff for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place big enough for our large family. The host was very nice and understanding of our circumstances and made sure we knew where everything was for our stay. Our dogs loved the yard and access to walks right out the back gate. Perfect place for what we needed!

This was a great house. Everything was just as shown in the pictures and listing. The house was perfect for our three generations (although the 3 foors with the high altitude had us seniors huffing and puffing!). We loved the big deck and the big family room downstairs. Having access to the hiking trails right out the back gate was fantastic. The cul de sac was very quiet and we were close to everything. The kitchen was well appointed with just about anything you could need. Highly recommend this house.

Loved it! Had a great stay. Location is a good central point for visiting many locations. Many things to do in Flagstaff. Hit the Canyon, stood on a corner in Winslow, went to the Meteor crater, rode a Train in Sedona. The kitchen was very well stocked. The adult kids love the downstairs with pool table, bar and TV. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for letting us use your space....

This was our second stay at this property and we really enjoyed ourselves there. It is in a great location and is very well maintained. The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the kitchen, we made a few meals and enjoyed some relaxing family time. Buffalo Park, a short drive from the home is great for walking. Our dog loved it there.Mark is a great host, and really wants you to enjoy your stay here.

We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The outside deck is spacious and you have the forest behind you which is very pretty and walking trails as well. The house has everything you need. Host was very responsive.

We wanted a quiet stay where the sisters and our hubs could all vacation together! Mark was awesome to work with! The property was amazing! The small touches that were done were not unnoticed! We had coffee, popcorn, and nice sleeping masks! Everything was absolutely perfect!!! We have to do this again! Thank you’

House is well stocked and had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed playing pool and stargazing on the back porch. Location is not too far from downtown and is accessible to trail. Nice spot.

We loved our 3 nights at this home while visiting the Grand Canyon, Sedona for golf and Page. Wish we could have stayed longer. Weather was cold but we made the best of it. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean, quiet neighborhood, easy communication with owner. Loved the basement area with pool table and TV.

Having 2 senior citizens, paraplegic wife and three young teens, I was not looking forward to vacation time. This great home had the perfect layout for everyone. We were kept well informed of events during the week like trash day and recycle day. Beds were comfortable , bathrooms were easily accessible with the main bathroom door being ADA compliant for wheelchair access. We will definitely request to stay here until n our next visit.

We booked this house for extended family (10 of us) attending a track meet at NAU. House was very comfortable and clean and the different levels gave us room to spread out when needed. We enjoyed cooking family meals, taking a hike out the back gate and watching our daughter set a school record in her event!

Home was amazing. I stayed with just my spouse and I, but look forward to staying with our kids on the next trip as they would enjoy it as well. Very clean had everything you need for your stay.

Very nice home

The property worked very well for our family and it was great that there was a network of hiking trails you could access from the backyard! Just a quick drive to downtown to get some delicious food or beers from the great breweries. Would def stay here again

Great communication. Great location (it's in middle of neighborhood, but still feels like you're in the woods). The available toiletries are a nice touch. Would highly recommend and stay again in future.

The house is great, it does have stairs 3 floors, but great stay. Neighbors are quiet and great as well.

Our favorite things about the house were the well stocked kitchen, multiple living areas and the patios. The beds were very comfy, too. We would absolutely stay again!

Our family had a great time staying at this place. We just loved sitting on the downstairs deck with the wooded area right in the back. We were so happy to have the family dogs along and they really loved running around in the nicely fenced yard. At the end of each day we hung out down in the lower level family room and had plenty of room for us all including the dogs to relax, watch TV and play some pool. If you are prepared for lots of stairs and don’t mind a busy cul de sac with lots of kids and dogs, this place has a lot to offer. We would love to stay again. A

Loved the cul-de-sac for safety. Large deck to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Pool table and tv room down stairs was perfect for when the kids went to bed. Awesome party for the kids and dogs just walking distance.
