Stayed Jul 26, 2025Such a wonderful stay! Any issues were taken care of immediately. Owners next door were so nice. Loved that the pups could come with us! Had everything we needed. Kids loved the loft upstairs. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Cape Charles! The house was perfect for our group. We loved relaxing on the front porch! The house is located across from a lovely park and just a few blocks to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We would highly recommend Chez CoCo!

Stayed May 24, 2024This is a spacious duplex a block from the park and a quick walk into town and the beach. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the front porch! Owner was responsive to issues. We would definitely choose this location again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022Very close proximity to the beach and shops! House was exactly like the pictures…very roomy. Only complaint was very little towels for us. Mine and my husbands room only had 1 towel for our bathroom. Our friends had 2 towels. We had to use our beach towels for showers.., that was our only complaint.
