A perfect little getaway! Centrally located, fully equipped! Pet Friendly too!

We stayed here when our house was finishing construction and our previous home sold. Everything was as described and Ronda (the owner) was easy to work with. Home is well located and provides a comfortable stay.

Ronda was the perfect host. Easy to communicate with. This rental has everything you need to feel like you are at home. Its so clean. Plenty of space for children. Its in such a quiet neighborhood and convenient to anything and everything you need. Highly recommend!!

This VRBO is one the best that we have stayed. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the bath towels were large and luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The washer and dryer were large. The back yard was big & well kept. Our dog loved the place. The hostess was the best we have ever had. Ronda was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We recommend this VRBO with 5 stars.

My daughter and I stayed here so we would be close to a family reunion in Ft Collins. The house was perfect -comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The backyard was large and our pup really enjoyed it, especially the squirrel! Communication with Ronda was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in, super responsive host. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfy. It was the perfect house for our family while we moved our oldest to CSU.

We had an excellent stay at this home. It was a perfect location for exploring the Loveland/Fort Collins area and was very comfortably furnished. Our dogs loved exploring the back yard, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the house was attractively decorated. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Nice cozy house to use as home base for exploring northern Colorado (Estes Park, Ft Collins, Loveland, RMNP) as well as Denver for the day. Very quiet neighborhood, central a/c, and three nice bedrooms. Sweet backyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining (AM and PM), big living room, and ample parking. Very nice washer & dryer as well, so you can pack light.Owner just a text away and responds very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This house was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. We have a dog and they are very pet friendly!! It was very nice size so we all had a bed to sleep on. There instructions was accurate and very accommodating. Next time we are in Loveland we would use this listing again.

This is the second time we have said at this property and it works so well for us. Ronda is such a good host, house has absolutely everything you need, location is great and she is so good about pets. We love traveling with our fur babies and she makes it so easy. We definitely will be coming back!

Property was perfect for are stay.. 2 miles from my granddaughter and her dog..had some friends over. Nice size for a small group anything you might need was there..lovely place and everyone was nice to work with.. my problem was we left before sunrise and I may have left some poo

What a wonderful place with a wonderful patio to watch summer quick storms and the sun. Owner was very accomodating and pleasant to speak with. the house is very well decorated and comfortable. Spent 1 or 2 days just lounging and enjoying the place.

My family stayed here while visiting our niece and couldn’t have picked a better place! Beautifully decorated, comfortable cozy beds and very clean! Rhonda was wonderful to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Close to alot of activities in the town, but also close enough to get out of town to popular tourist destinations quickly. Would definitely stay here again.
