A perfect home to fully enjoy all that Marco Island has to offer. Completely redesigned and renovated,

the home features an open floor plan with beautiful contemporary furnishings that are continually

updated. A new A/C system and ductwork was installed in 2023, keeping the house nice and cool in the

summer.

The home has a comfortable contemporary coastal vibe. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel

appliances, granite countertops with new dishes and glassware. Everything you need to cook (or not

cook) are in the kitchen. Something missing We will replace it right away. A long breakfast bar and

open plan means no one gets left out of the conversation. Everything you need is here. A new washer

and dryer are just off the kitchen.

It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a coffered ceiling and looks out at the pool

and canal with its own slider to the lanai. It is attached to an en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk

in shower and a large walk-in closet. Located on the other side of the home are two other bedrooms.

One bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed with a pleasant view of the backyard and canal. The

third bedroom has a set of Twin beds perfect for adults or kids. A second full bathroom has a tub and

shower combo. Plenty of privacy for everyone. The house comfortably sleeps up to 6.

The living room has two couches and a 55 inch TV hooked up to cable. Password protected high speed Wi-Fi

throughout the house means everyone can stay connected. TV has apps and is ready for you to sign in

with your Netflix or other streaming service.

The lanai features a seating area and outdoor eating space that is covered. It also has a brand new grill and a wonderful heated pool. The entire lanai is enclosed with a picture frame pool screen. Steps lead down to the water and a dock. It's a beautiful outdoor space and a perfect place for friends and family to gather. Close to shops, restaurants, and the new Publix. It's an easy bike ride to the beach just down San Marco Rd. Grab one of the bikes provided for a ride. Beach chairs, cooler and toys are provided.

The owners love Marco and are eager to share their little slice of paradise with you.

    Beautiful home. Close to everything we wanted to do. Pool and outdoor space is great! I will definitely recommend to others and will try to stay here again on our next visit to Marco Island.

    We have been going to Marco Island for many, many years. Therefore, we have rented many houses, all of them very nice, peaceful and with beautiful views. This house was ok but it was lacking a few things. To start off, we had a construction in the back (lot across) that woke us up every morning and went on making all kinds of noises for most of the day. It was annoying at times. We wanted peace and tranquility. The pictures on the rental App shows the lot empty, we were not awared of the construction going on. That would have probably changed our minds for sure. Also the A/C in the house did not have the capacity to keep the house cool and we were very hot most of the times. Had to use the fans that were there, to keep us cool in a 100+ degree summer weather. We even had to go buy a new filter hoping that would make it better, the one it had was super dirty, but not even that fixed the problem. This was very upsetting. Also the canal in the back had days in which the smell was horrible, it could even be smelled inside the house, another upsetting issue. In the kitchen, we were missing a blender, we had to go buy one. Everything else in was good and plenty of. And lastly, the location of this house was very hidden, to go out to sea on a boat you had to drive like 2 hours. The rest was ok, house was clean and nicely kept but will not be renting it again, the location especially, I did NOT like. The views in the back were pretty depressing. If you don't care for these things, then the house is a good option for you.

    We loved this house. It was newly remodeled, comfortable and clean. We also loved the outside space and the pool.
