Stayed Oct 16, 2025Stores near by to order deliveries. Need hand rail to get in and out pool. Need rails to get up and down stairs. Not set up for handicapped people

Stayed Jun 30, 2025The neighborhood was quaint and peaceful, house super clean, and water pressure amazing! The kids loved the pool and it was so spacious for the 5 of us! Only ablut 20-25 minutes to Gulf Breeze and closer to downtown. Overall excellent stay and we were sad to leave!!

Stayed May 27, 2025We booked this rental for 13 days. Our group was highly disappointed with the rental. Two of our guests booked an early flight home as a result.Starting with when we arrived. We drove 23 straight hours to get to the rental from Colorado. When we arrived the house was a disaster, beds unmade and dirty towels on the floor. Nobody had been there to clean from the last guests. We left to give their team time and space to get the rental cleaned. They did a horrible job. I spent the first day of our trip shopping for cleaning supplies and cleaning the rental. All they did was make the beds, take out the trash and replace the towels. I had to do the rest. Then, the pool was only available to swim in half the time. Maintenance did not come to service the pool. The cleaner did not work and was clogged and I had cleaned it out. Added a photo showing the murky pool water which should be clear.And, the amount of bugs and spiders in the rental was very concerning. They were coming in through the sinks and through the large gaps in the door leading to the backyard. There were even dead bugs in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The place really should be sprayed inside and out.We have rented several VRBOs and this was by far the worst one.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025This was our first fam vacation and everything in the vacation house was amazing, loved the house size and rooms, beds. Especially the pool. Hope to come back soon.
