6 kids two adults. Great space. Loved having the pool. Short walk to the beach. Perfect location.

The house is beautiful but there were definitely problems with the cleanliness of the house. Upon arrival the house was dirty. Toilet had feces all over and the floors were dirty and sticky. Counters were dirty and pool had not been cleaned so it was full of bugs. One of my guests had a roach crawling on her face one morning. Disgusting! I contacted the property manager and have not heard back.

The internet didn’t work. The cable didn’t work. The sheets were moldy. There were roaches. There was no one available to help. I didn’t even get to stay there. Just wasted almost $1500! I’ve also been waiting 5 days for the property owners to reply, they said they were looking into it and would get back to me in a few hours. Instead it’s been 5 days.

The house is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and a park. It is set up with bunk beds in two bedrooms, so keep that in mind when planning a trip. We also recommend bringing your own blankets for the beds. I am not sure that the comforters/bedspreads get washed between visitors.

We LOVED the house! Loved the pool and the closeness to the ocean! We rented a golf cart for the week and that is a MUST! Location-location-location!! Thanks for sharing your home with us---♥

Perfect location off the main roads but close enough to walk to the beach! Well maintained, clean house & pool. The pool is one of the BEST amenities! Only recommendations are to upgrade the pillows or bring your own. You won't be disappointed!!!

Let me first say this is a nice place. One of the best locations on the island if you have kids for sure. There is a water park and playground steps away from the house. The decor was beachy and calming. Views are amazing for the price and you can hear the ocean!. My recommendation is to order your golf cart before you come (they were all out by the time we got there and it can be a haul to walk especially with kids to the beach)! The pool was a good size for our family which consisted of 6 adults and 3 children. Some cons: the main bathroom with two sinks is attached to the master bedroom so it has to be shared with others unless you want everybody else using a small main bathroom with a tub and one small sink. . In two of the four bedrooms the only furniture are beds. This meant everyone in these rooms had to live out of their suitcases for the week. We had to move furniture/lamps around. There was no where in the kitchen to put your hand washed dishes so we had to go out and buy a cheap dish rack. Every morning there was a deceased frog(s) in the pool because it is right up against a small marsh land. There was also crabs that came in the pool and drowned during our stay. Also. the lights on the pool didn’t work at night. The hose handle was so cheap it fell off every time we used it. My recommendation is to get dressers lamps and end tables in the bedrooms. A couple more mugs would be great so we didn’t have to wash them every day and we had to buy 2 lights over the stove. We called for maintenance and they never came for problems we had with the ice machine and some other things. The outside grill had never been cleaned so my husband spent an hour cleaning it before we cooked out. It. Overall, for the price, it worked for our family!. We tried to leave the place better than we found out.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the location of the property and the pool!

A Party at the Peach worked out great for our family of 5 plus family/friends that stayed a few nights too. The pool was not huge, but big enough for the kids to play in. The inside was updated and clean. The property management was responsive to a minor issue that we had and attended to it timely. The location was great . . . right by a splash pad, playground, park, tennis courts, basketball courts, grocery, and restaurants.

Great location, clean, and a beautiful home. We stayed for a long weekend and loved the location. We had a great time.
