Nice location on the lake and easy to get to from the main road. Good outdoor living space with excellent lake views from inside the home.

The location is great on Lake Sinclair and good access to Milledgeville. For the price, it's a good deal. Easy and accurate communication with the owner as well. The house is very clean but does need some TLC and maintenance in the kitchen and bathroom and exterior of the house.

Our stay was excellent in this unit! The house was exceptionally clean, well-located, and abundantly filled with items to use during the stay. The dock is perfectly located for relaxing and/or floating. If the opportunity arises, we would without a doubt visit again!

This property was perfect for our little family of three. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the lake and occupy a teenager. It is so cozy, clean and perfectly furnished with essentials. Thank you for providing this for my family! We will be back for sure

This home is on the older side but has been renovated and is a great place! Great area of the lake, safe neighborhood. My only advice which is nothing negative, but for anyone coming to stay just helpful… The lighting because of the Tenant windows can be on the darker side at times. I do wish there was some more lighting on the main area of the house, but it was nothing terrible by any means still super great place, but my only advice would be to make sure if you plan on entertaining or cooking there’s not a whole lot of Tupperware or dishes etc.. I do think they provide the necessities and there is a Walmart close by so you can pick up other items, but that would probably be my only thing is not having enough dishware or Tupperware, etc.… But we had a wonderful time and the place is great for what we needed!

Cute place, lots of boats go by the dock...fishing was ok..great location, easy access to town. Just one bathroom and it's a tight fit..but overall it's great .and the hosts were awesome

The living space was too dark. Could not see well cooking in kitchen. Wi-Fi did not connect to internet.

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bath were modernized with nice fixtures. We had tv access for the kids and the views were lovely. Lake access was right out the back door. Everything was very simple and just right.

Awesome location.

The property was nicely decorated and the view of the lake was amazing!! My partner and I came to enjoy a weekend lakeside getaway. The pool table in the sunroom was a bonus. The only problem we have pointed out was the bathroom. Beautiful, but the position of the toilet made accessing the shower interesting. Would definitely book again though.

Very clean and quiet. I did have an issue with the Nest thermostat. It never would cool off.

It's the best location on the lake and to town. It's a beautiful place. There is not a hot/spa tub it was too hot to use one. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to stay there again. Thanks.
