The heart of the home is the bright kitchen, complete with generous counter space, rich brown granite countertops, black appliances, a breakfast table for six, and a dedicated coffee bar stocked with both drip and Keurig options to start your mornings right. Nearby, a formal dining table for ten sets the stage for family dinners and celebrations. The main living room invites everyone together with two comfortable sofas, a twin day bed, smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly to the lanai, where your private screened pool and hot tub await alongside lounge seating and tables for al fresco meals under the Florida sun.

Bedroom #5 is travel themed with a romantic European flair and includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom that is Mickey themed and includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available, passes required.

o Overflow available at the parking lot near the playground/clubhouse.

o No parking on the road or in the grass.

o Optional offsite grill rental for $150. The grill cannot be placed in lanai

o Optional pool heat for $29/night

• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the front door.
