A Luxury home setup not a Rental, Boat slip available

Since it was November here was no hot tub or pool but very easy access to walking trails and and it was nice and quiet.

The view of lake and mountains were wonderful! The place was very cozy and had all the comforts of home. The home was clean and bedding was really comfortable.Location was great!The only thing disappointing was that the hot tub was off for the season due to health Canada requirements (no fault of the owner).

This unit comes very well stocked with just about every appliance you could ask for. It is comfortable, spacious and has a lovely view of the lake. The BBQ is on the back porch and was clean, with propane. The pool is directly in front of the unit for easy access, and there are attentive and friendly pool and garden staff that keep the complex very well kept. We recommend this unit for both families in the summer (easy access to the pool), and seniors in September and beyond (much quieter, with comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the view and warm evening breeze). Owner Terry was very responsive to any concerns, and reached out to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Wonderful family friendly resort. Kids loved the pool, an no one felt out of place. Clean functional suite with everything you could need or want. Moorage was great for the boat. We hope to make it back next year!

One of the best provisioned properties I've ever stayed at. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. Big 3 bedroom condo overlooking the lake and the pool area. Great deck for chilling or having your morning coffee. The property has a private doc with a swimming area and is also beside a small public beach.

This complex is my favorite place to stay in Osoyoos. The units are nice and spacious, the pool and hot tub are very well maintained and the best part is the private dock across the street. This unit was very well stocked with beach chairs etc and everything was great there was just one major reason I can’t give 5 stars and that’s the check out policy. You are required to wash your bedding but then also wait for it to dry and then fold it and leave it on each bed. This is a 3 bedroom unit with one small stackable washing machine so that equaled over 3 hours of waiting on our check out day. I have stayed in a lot of rentals including several in this building and never ever have been asked to do this. I just wish I knew ahead of time I would have just brought my own bedding. If that’s not an issue for you then I highly recommend this one!

This townhome worked great for our family. Would happily recommend Terry’s place and would stay again.

Lakeshore Villas is a well-kept complex in Osoyoos with many attributes including beautiful grounds, swimming pool, a large private dock and an adjacent public beach area. Terry's townhome itself is also well-kept and fully equipped for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It's a two-level unit with the main living area on the upper level, accessible by a flight of stairs directly beside its own covered carport. This unit has a wonderful view on the lake, mountains and sunsets from the deck on the upper living level that we much appreciated and enjoyed. Being west-facing though, it can get quite warm on the deck in the afternoon and evening during hot and sunny days (tip: set up an umbrella for shade). You also have to expect/enjoy/tolerate the sounds of people talking and kids playing in the pool area below. The ground floor has three bedrooms, which contributed to being ideally cooler during hot summer nights. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a sliding door leading to a small patio area, where we were able to store our inflatables and kayak. This also provided a direct pathway to the grounds and pool. The complex allows pets, as does Terry in his unit, so we were importantly able to bring our family dog. Although pets are not allowed to relieve themselves anywhere on the grounds, there is an adjacent field that solved this potential problem. Our dog also enjoyed swimming from the public beach across the street, or playing in an off-leash area that was a short walk away. Terry was quick to respond during the booking process and throughout our stay, and came by when we checked out to ensure all was good (which it very much was, thanks!).
