Stayed Oct 25, 2022Had to travel into work without realizing there was a massive conference in town which meant no hotels downtown!! Found this unit last minute and wow, so glad I did. It’s massive and completely decked out with all the amenities you could want. Location was amazing, the communication with the property manager/owner was on point. Just an amazing experience.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025Adam, the host, had great communication all the way through - provided local recommendations, clear check in and check out instructions, and responded immediately to any questions. The space was amazing and had all amenities. Master bath has heated FLOOR! I need that at home. Great location. We could see the drone show from the rooftop space! It was a family Christmas gathering and Adam set up a tree and other decorations.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Stayed with some friends from college. We're all around 40 years old. We were able to walk to Coors field for a baseball game and there is a ton of stuff to do in the area. Overall, great property and great location.

Stayed Nov 20, 2023The property was perfect and the RINO neighborhood is such an interesting part of Denver. The pictures tell the story pretty well, but the decor and furniture was simple, but very beautiful, fitting & functional, and was great for a crowd to rest as base camp for Denver adventures!
