Stayed Jul 11, 2025The finished basement was roomy and clean. Bath towels were nice and beds were comfortable. We did hear a good bit of footsteps/stomping from above during our stay, but can't really complain about that because it's to be expected being in a basement. AC worked great. My only suggestion would be to put a shelf or some sort of rolling cart in the restroom so there's a place to put belongings such as toiletry bags. And maybe another hook to put bath towels on. Thanks for a nice stay.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025This was a large, nicely done basement apartment that was just a couple minor things away from being perfect. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was decently stocked for a quick stay, but probably not for a lot of cooking. It was more than big enough for our family of four and we didn't hear any sounds from folks above or from the nearby interstate. The neighborhood looked nice.Now for a couple of suggestions to make it even nicer:- A stone or concrete path around the side of the house. As it is, you have to walk through the grass around to the back of the house. This wouldn't normally be that big a deal, but the heavy morning dew completely soaked all our shoes before we even got in the car.- Some towel hooks or racks in the bathroom. There were none during our stay.- The pedestal sink in the bathroom doesn't provide anywhere to put toiletries, etc. A nearby shelf or two would be nice.That's it. Everything else was great!

Stayed Sep 28, 2024We came into town to attend a wedding. This location was only 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We stayed two nights. The rental was clean, neat and in a very nice neighborhood.
