A Large Tropical Estate (Over 1.5 Acres of space) by RedAwning

First we want to thank the owners for extending their home and the hospitality they provided. This was a great property for my family of 20 . We needed a property to accomodate out of town family members for the weekend for a memorial service. It was the right home in the right area of town. The home had the best space for the children to run around and play and be safe with the complete closure of 6' foot gate around the property. The bedroom and bathroom spaces was ideal for our large family with plenty of extra space to move and sit around for the large gatherings without feeling cramped, inside and outside the home. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of activities to do ie foosball, pool table, games, basketball hoop, campfire. However, there were a few improvements to note: there definitely were not enough bath towels and wash clothes for my family and what was there was too small. Secondly, the pool was a big plus for our family but the water was extremely too cold for most members to enjoy, even on hot days. The neighborhood was good, however, the last night there was a neighbor that for whatever reason took issue with us and that wasn't okay, since we've booked for five nights costing over $4,000. Here are recommendations for a better stay, House keeping: 1) Bigger bath towels and wash cloths to acommodate large families (we had to purchase extra) 2) Heated Pool 3) Establish a report with neighbors for paying guest YES WE WOULD RENT AGAIN!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay here for a recent soccer tournament and everyone really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and all of the beds were in great shape. We had three cars and there was plenty of parking. The layout of the rooms gave every parent their own bedroom, and the kids all bunked together in one of the two bunk rooms. It was one of the best VRBO's we've rented in terms of kitchen equipment, allowing us to cook for ourselves which saved us a bundle of cash. We even hosted the entire team for an evening BBQ which was a raging success! Everything we needed was within short driving distance, and it was 20 minutes from the Sports Complex hosting the tournament. The property manager was kind and very responsive. We had a blast!

Check in and check out we’re easy. Property had plenty of room. Blackstone was a great upgrade. Very convenient to everywhere.Property manager was on top of any needs we had. Great stay

Host was very communicative all throughout the process and made things super easy for us to check in and out. House was spacious and accommodating as we had a big group so plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, enjoyed the stay. Two issues: 1. No cable TV, only RUKU streaming service provided. This dampened the experience of not being able to view Live and Local TV programing...especially for the NYE count down. 2. No extra bedding, sheets and comforters provided. Also, would have liked more towels.

Fantastic space for a big group. We enjoyed the pool, cooking in the kitchen and having loads of space to spread out. The owners were incredibly responsive and made everything a breeze.

House was perfect with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Conveniently located from TPA airport. House was clean and check in process was easy. Swimming pool and Blackstone grill were a bonus. If you have a big group this is a place to stay. Communication with property manager was always quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again . Thanks!

House was spacious for our group of 16. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was 25 min from Busch Gardens. Very happy with our stay and will be back.

My whole extended family stayed in this house for my sister’s wedding week. We had 5 families with all ranges of ages. We loved how many bathrooms there were! We never had to wait on anybody else. There were also plenty of bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that they kids could stay in. The kids loved all of the activities that were available. They enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing basketball, and playing ping pong. The management was quick to communicate when we had questions. We had a great time!

We stay at VRBO houses frequently, this was the best equipped rental yet. The owner was available and had done everything to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely use this property when staying in the Tampa Bay Area.
