Stayed Jan 1, 1Bay house fulfilled everyone hopes.Large and spacious, great views ,going to sleep and waking up to the lapping of the sea and super easy access to the beach. The children’s dorm was fab as well. Sound proofing excellent other than when someone slammed a door.Altogether a great week was had by all.

Stayed Jan 1, 1We were a group of 15, with ages ranging from 4 to 65 and we absolutely loved our recent stay at Bay House. The house is secretly tucked away up a quiet little lane and yet only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The drive is big enough for 2 large cars, with room for a third in an allocated space only a 3 minute walk down the hill. The house is light and airy with little nooks and crannies, the sea view was spectacular and there is a nice big patio to sit out on. The children loved their unusual bedroom and the piano was in use quite often. The only thing to add is that one or two of the latches on the 2nd floor windows could do with replacing. The perfect place to be together with our family....We will come again!

Stayed Jan 1, 1We had a fabulous week at bay house. As a multi generational family, the house worked perfectly. Enough bathrooms, enough space at the tables and a kids floor! We would certainly love to stay again.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Bay House is in a great location and very spacious. It has wonderful views of the sea and all the passing ships. Most attractions can be reached from the house on a day trip. If visiting in the winter, as we did, being an old house, it can be very draughty via the doors and windows. Our only complaint would be that the washing machine was too smelly to use, despite trying to clean it with a 70 degree empty wash.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second visit to Bay House which is recommendation in itself. We love this property. As soon as you enter you feel at home. Comfortable and with all amenities and more besides. The view is simply stunning and we sit for hours watching the ships on the Solent. Watch for the resident red squirrel in the garden.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have just had the happiest of weekends with three generations of our family at Bay House. It is in the absolute perfect location just one minute up from the beach with glorious views from its' front windows across the Solent. There is also a lovely outside terrace with all weather comfy chairs and a dining table. The house has a wonderfully warm feel about it and a very well appointed kitchen/dining room. The grandchildren especially loved the cabin beds on the top floor. It was beautifully clean on our arrival. The Curated Spaces Team looked after us superbly throughout the booking process and our stay. We very much look forward to returning to Bay House next year.
