Super clean & well presented. Nice spaces to spread out, gardens to relax/play in. Well equipped kitchen, we had Xmas lunch here was a great place to be together. Will come again
This property is better up close than the online listing leads you to believe. It is open, light, airy and beautifully tasteful. It's setting is lovely in that it looks across to the lake which is a favourite for bird life in the area. The Magpies visiting daily for a bit of mince was an absolute highlight. The property also has a lot more utensils and appliances in the kitchen than most properties we've stayed at which makes it fabulous if you like to cook sometimes while away. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay with a very welcoming owner to tell you how to get the best from it.
We feel so blessed to have enjoyed the creative & vibrant energy of your home. It was total bliss as we appreciated the art and natural elements which like a magic tapestry were beautifully interwoven. Would definitely stay again as your home brings peace to souls that explore it.
Our stay was so relaxing. Most nights spent enjoying BBQs on the spacious deck and our dog loved the established garden with plenty of shade. Plenty of living areas for kids and adults to have their own space. highly recommended Karen was a fantastic host.
We had a very relaxing weekend stay. House is close to the lake so we enjoyed the view and walks around the perimeter. Karen was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely come back again.
Perfect location and accommodation for a family holiday. Plenty of space and a lovely backyard, close to beach and amenities.
This property boasts privacy and space with two large living areas, large bedrooms and great entertaining outdoor area. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay and would not hesitate to book this house again. The upstairs loft bedroom has amazing views of the river. Lovely gardens surround with a view from each window, we even had a little possum visit us among the vines. The decking with large table and seating was perfect for BBQ dinners. Thank you Karen for a memorable stay.
What a fabulous house! The House of Chill had all we needed for a girls weekend away with a baby on board too. An easy walk into town and the beach; glorious outdoor setting to dine and watch the sunset and great modern appliances at hand. Communication with Karen was easy and she was happy to help in any way she could. We will definitely be back :)
The House of Chill is aptly named. A spaciously designed house with stylish furnishings and great art work! The house and garden alike have comfortable relaxation zones. Big windows let in lots of natural light and make the living areas come alive at different times of the day. We really enjoyed our stay (it was too short) and look forward to returning again soon.
