Stayed May 2, 2025There were MULTIPLE issues that simply made no sense to me. So my coworker and I travel for work and frequently rent places like this for weeks at a time, this was one of the most undesirable stays we have had in 2.5 years. NO A/C No portable fans provided. We ended up having to buy our own. Only half the windows had screens so we weren’t able to use all of them to help with air flow. BUGS Mostly Ants, terrible in the kitchen more when it was hot. But on occasion beetles were on the beds SUPPLIES 1/2 roll T.P and 1/2 roll of paper towels for a 23 day stay. No dish sponge or other cleaning supplies but guests expected to keep home clean. EXTENSIVE RULES *Bathroom Floor must stay dry- yet no bath mat was provided and the shower curtain didn’t go all the around the tub/shower, left big gaps *Quiet hours were not observed by the tenants downstairs. Loud parties every Saturday. *Cleaning the home when we depart however it was NOT clean when we arrived. We could go on about this but we have photos. Also there is not an extra bed upstairs, it’s 2 small futons and an air mattress. Definitely should not be listed as a bed.
