Stayed at this beautiful home with family for our son’s wedding. Great location half way between wedding venue and rehearsal dinner venue. House was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Grounds were very private and beautiful - even in the winter. The only negative was the driveway was hard to find at night, so we put up some temporary reflectors to help us see it (we’re old!), and that helped immensely. Communication with the owner was great (and easy). She really is very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful and charming place to stay, in the heart of Austin's Hill Country. Very beautiful and spacious house with a stunning back yard. Very close to the many breweries, wineries, and distilleries located nearby. Bonnie/Carol very responsive to any need we had. That being said, there are a couple things you should know about the property.1. They do not have any standard TV service, so you will not be able to get network or standard cable stations (ABC, CBS, ESPN, TNT, Fox, etc...) You are expected to logon to your own provider or stream to the TV if you need this. We are a DirecTV family, so it was difficult for us, as the LG TV does not have a DirecTV app, nor does it allow streaming from our AppleTV. We eventually were able to get it by streaming from my laptop PC.2. The house next door does have 3-4 dogs that they let run around the back yard most of the day and they do bark frequently. So while the backyard is beautiful, it was seldom quiet. Not the owner's fault, but something you should be aware of. Neither one of these is enough to knock my overall assessment from 5 stars though. We would easily rent this property again on our return trip.

A great spot for seclusion, but close enough to civilization so as not to feel cut off. Amenities are great and responsiveness/communication of owner/reps was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book today. We will be back!

Our family came to Dripping Springs to attend a wedding. We chose the Hill Country Paradise Getaway. What a blessing. It was a perfect place for all of us to unwind together. As you enter, you are surrounded by beautiful grounds. Everywhere you look, you find a new area to explore. We enjoyed multiple areas to catch up and to sit in the sunshine. The gorgeous home was more than we could have asked for our brief visit. Anything you may need was available. My only wish would be to visit in the spring when all the gardens were in full bloom.

We were in Dripping Springs for a family wedding. The house is nice loved seeing the deer. We couldn’t figure out how to get any local channels (bad for football fans wanting to watch on a rainy day). The house is nice and clean a bit on tbt dark side with lighting. Pulling out of garage tricky and the gate to street was half working (we notified owner). All okay. Nice home

This was definitely a hill country paradise! We stayed here for a vacation/family wedding. It was in a great location between Austin and Dripping Springs and we used it as a base to travel to other tourist areas close by. The house was just what we needed and we would definitely stay there again. A fun time was had by all!!!
