A great stay, close to Spire, GOTL, & Wineries....King Bed!

The place was very nice and the communication with the owners was simple. Great location near shopping and entertainment. Would definitely rent again!

Very well stocked and very clean. Lots of usable kitchen utensils. The Pac-Man was an awesome addition. Will stay again.

They provided use with an excellent and clean place to stay. We had nice cold mini water bottles after our long trip and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable! The town is nice and quiet with lots of character. Will definitely book again in the future.

The rental house is beautiful and homey. It was fully stocked in the kitchen with little bonuses such as bottled water, coffee, sweetener, salt, & pepper. The A/C was fabulous; the WiFi worked great, and we had plenty of sleeping room with the two twin beds, the king bed, and the sofa. The owner was great at communicating everything, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay. Very clean and a cute place. Five minutes from strip and within ten miles of all surrounding wineries if not closer.

We stayed here for a one night stopover on a longer trip. Had a bit of trouble finding the place, it was dark and the lights were off. There was also another person parked in the driveway on the side of the duplex we were on, adding to the confusion. That said, everything else was fine.

Great little place had all the nice personal touches. Would stay again!

The place was great! Cute and super clean! They provided a lot, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper even charcoal for the grill! Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

Nicely decorated with updates that preserved the charm of the home. In a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, nice and cool in the house on arrival, no-fuss check in and checkout, appreciated the pre-stocked coffee and water. This was just an overnight stop for us but I would for sure stay here again.

This property was perfect for our one night stay in Geneva. Very pleased with the cleanliness.

I loved the outcome I actually came back to Ohio to visit my son and his first son my new Gbaby and I ended up getting my 2 brothers and my dad which we haven’t seen since who can remember but it turned out to be a great Father’s Day weekend even tho it rained we still had fun and we checked out Sunday which turned out to be a very nice day so after we packed up we went and walked the strip and enjoyed some food and ADULT drinks so coming from Dallas I will make sure it’s not going to be cold thanks again so very much

We had a great stay in Geneva! We brought our dog and we all loved sitting on the front porch together. The house was close to everything. One night the power went out from a storm and Anthony was very quick to investigate what was going on for us. We would definitely recommend this place.

As my kids would say... This place was Perf!! The location, the cleanliness, the coffee bar, the ease of checking in and out. I would highly recommend this place!

The property was very clean comfortable and location was great for getting to Spire for our daughter’s NEC championship. Thanks again it was a wonderful stay.

House was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and quiet. The heat worked great and we were warm despite the cold weather. Appliances and furnishings were all new and clean and everything worked great (the washer and dryer were a big plus). The location for us was perfect (we were at Spire center for a swim meet), close to downtown and places to eat and a short drive to GOTL. House is located near train tracks so if you’re a light sleeper that takes some getting used to. Anthony was quick to respond to our questions and we had no issues during our stay. He provided coffee pods for Keurig, water, and oatmeal which was great (suggest a few tea bags for the tea drinkers). Only other suggestion I have is to have a box of tissues downstairs. All in all a great stay and we’d stay there again! Thanks Anthony!!

Had a track event to attend at Spire Academy. Very convenient location for that. There is a REALLY regular train line very close to the house... only complaint. Everything else was as advertised.... nice stay.

No stress, very easy stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good central location for us to visit wineries in the area. The house itself had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there. Unfortunately, there was a major snowstorm after we arrived and we had to dig out our car. I couldn't find a snow shovel, so I contacted the owner. He came out to the house and cleared out the driveway so we could get the car out. We are very appreciative!

Really great location. Easy to get to. We stayed here while moving my son from NY to IL we had plenty of parking and room for the uhaul. Thanks for the coffee extra towels and comfy beds

We came for a couple days. It was reasonably priced and very nice. Pacman game was fun.

Great place to stay while visiting Spire.

I stayed here with my parents while driving them home cross country. They were both thrilled that the house had coffee pods. :) The house was super cute, very clean and the renter was easy to reach. We had a great stay and would stay here again.
