We love how close to the beach it was and conveniently next to the highway too. Was the perfect number of beds for our family.

Great, roomy A frame in perfect location across the road from the beach in popular Nye beach area. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Hot tub on elevated deck with fun amenities like video game machine and awesome pinball machine. Everything you need and close to everything. The only minor complaint is that the upstairs sliding door and upstairs bedroom window needs a screen to allow for ventilation. Other than that, perfect..

The home was in an excellent location for the activities our group was doing over the weekend stay. Lots of extra street parking was a plus.

Host was very welcoming. Appliances and hot tub worked well. Lots of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location. Will stay again!

Very spacious yet compact. Love that there was 3 bathrooms which was very handy with 5 of us. Loved the amount of TVs too (I counted 5) No view of the ocean but beach access was only 1 block away. Out of all the places we have stayed in Newport this one was the best. Will definitely come back again.

Clean house with ample room for people to still have privacy.

We had a lovely time staying in this a frame house. It was much bigger than the pictures showed and very comfortable. Central location, easy to go anywhere, would stay again.

Very clean, well cared for and great location.

The house was exactly as described. It was cozy and inviting and the host, Jerry, was always responsive (although it was not necessary to request anything). There was also a crib and high chair for our toddler. The proximity to the beach (walking distance) and driving distance to the aquarium and Yaquina Lighthouse were highlights. Any return trips to Newport, we'll be requesting this house.

Rustic A frame with lots of character and options for places to sleep. We appreciated that the house was well stocked. Our teenager and son in law LOVED the pinball and arcade machines. Short walk to one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches ever!

Excelente We had a wonderful few days there. The house was as advertised. it was charming. The extra games were a hit, granddaughter loved the old games and the pinball machine. If we ever go back to Newport,we will stay here.

Check in and access was very easy. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pinball machine and back yard. Layout was great. The upstairs bedroom was cozy and quiet. Location was great for walking to beach, restaurants and attractions.

Such a great place! It is in a perfect location. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. It’s so close to the beach. It is very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The firewood provided was definitely an extra!

Super cute house close to the beach and a great get away for my family.

The A frame was perfect for our family of five (two adults, kids ages 11, 15 & 17). Plenty of space for everyone! Enjoyed using the hot tub, arcade games, tossing a football in the yard, cooking in the well equipped kitchen & the 5 min walk to Nye beach & coffee shops was perfect. The house was well stocked with any basics you may need on vacation, even laundry supplies. I believe the only thing we purchased was a small bag of dishwasher pods. We would definitely stay again, 5 nights was not long enough! Thank you!

The house is very well located less than two blocks to the beach and just around the corner from two coffee shops. The living room furnishings are wonderfully comfortable and the beds were great. Having a hot tub just outside the master bedroom is very hard to beat, especially in a cool climate!

Great unique high end older beach home. The owner clearly seeks to ensure guests are comfortable and no needs exist. Housecleaning was exceptional. Loved the fire pit (with plenty of wood) and safety grate, which was great for s'mores. Hot tub was great. Easy access to both Nye Beach area and Yaquina Head state park, equally within walking distance. Beach access is super close.Many little extra perks like crab pots, plenty of towels/linens, house plants make it warm, well cared clean hot tub, plenty of parking, and a fully fenced yard for our pup and visiting family pups, greatly valued. Communication with the owner, was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Great location only minutes from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Taste of India and Georgies are both excellent. House was very well equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Nicely furnished and the Hot tub was a real treat after a busy day. Jerry was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The property is same as advertised. We had a great host that was responsive to any issues/questions that we experienced while on our trip. We will definitely keep this location saved for future trips to Newport to visit family.

The owner/manager has supplied the place with everything you may need to have a great visit. The bed was comfortable, as was the seating in the living room If you like to play pin ball or pac man, it’s upstairs Great grassy backyard for our dog to run. It was great being able to park our car in the garage with an entrance into the house. We used Georgie’s for take out, very easy and the food was great. I highly recommend the Aframe for a great getaway

Great location and fun flash back to the past in this A frame, we had a fantastic visit. When we needed to ask a question, the owner was quick to respond and help navigate a solution. Perfect spot if you have a canine family member; fence is secure and plenty of room to run/play.

Very cool place, great location.

The A-frame was larger than we anticipated. We had lots of space, inside and outside. And we could all hang out together in the kitchen and living room. It was easy to put a game on the TV. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and up to temperature when we arrived.

Wonderful centrally located house. Walking distance to beach and old town and a great restaurant serving the best clam chowder we’ve ever had. We will definitely stay there again!

This cozy, charming home was the perfect spot for our family for a beach weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having a fireplace during the stormy November weather. We highly recommend this home

We planned a girl's trip and found this adorable place for my Mom, sister-in-law, niece, daughter-in-law and I to stay!! We were so happy when we arrived to see first hand how cute and amazing this house was! Jerry has done an awesome job at making sure the house was super inviting and has everything you will need for your stay! We loved it!! Thanks Jerry for making our girls Trip amazing and something we will always remember!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean. The hot tub was super clean and nice too.

Stayed 3 nights. Was an excellent property as others mentioned. Close to Nye Beach, though it’s a few stairs to get down so don’t bring a wagon. First VRBO. Didn’t know what to expect for supplies. There was dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent/sheets. Shampoo/conditioner/soap. Toilet paper. Lots of towels. Enough spices to get the job done and plenty of cooking equipment. Would recommend for a family for sure. There were 4 of us. Myself and my 3 young girls. Plenty of space for the six advertised. Girls loved the hot tub. Jeremy

Fabulous home - so spacious and fabulous location!! We loved every minute of our stay! Close to everything - we made blown glass art at Oregon Coast Glassworks, went on a boat cruise at Marine Discovery Tours, and deep-sea fishing with Newport Tradewinds! We enjoyed meals at the house and at Nana’s Irish Pub and The Fish Peddler. And a great hike on the Amanda Trail in Yachats! Plus gorgeous sunsets every night and nightly soaks in the hot tub!!
