Stayed Aug 31, 2024I love this place & location . I stayed serval weeks . It is a fantastic all around , The flat is very well laid out and the host Fabrizio is excellent . He was there to meet me helped me with luggage , showed me around the flat and how to use all gadgets if I needed anything would get it for me . Very responsive if I had a question he would text me immediately back . .Highly recommend if you like staying in the heart of the city it’s perfect . 2 blocks to beach , 3 blocks to train and airport very close .

Stayed Apr 11, 2023This location was small but perfect for being a couple blocks from the beach, around the corner from a great bakery and around another corner from a Tigre grocery store. Parking was best at the Central Stazione with a 7 min walk thru the Piazza to the apartment.

Stayed Dec 21, 2022Clean. Good bed. Good central location. Pet friendly. Functional Wi-Fi. Parking at the rail station is a five minute walk. Beach is a few mounts walk. Plenty of restaurants near by. Host is easy to work with and happy to help if anything is needed. I would stay here again.
