A East Lake/Decatur Mid Century Bungalow

As soon we walked in it felt like home. Very easy entry, great neighborhood, very clean and tidy. Just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living space was cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for my family. I highly recommend this place. We would stay here again.

On arriving at the property we were surprised on how badly the house & grounds looked. Nothing like what was presented on your web site. Once inside we noticed how old the house was. The open air patio was a mess. Couldn’t use it. The rest of the house was ok but could use an upgrade.Location was good.

Charming home true to the period and architecture. Would suggest a cabinet or any kind of drawers in the bathroom for some extra storage. Otherwise met all needs and expectations.

My family) including 2 adults, a teen, and 2 kids) came to GA for our family vacation. We looked at hotels first but then considered the fact that I'd we stayed at a hotel we would have to eat out for every meal due to a lack of kitchen. After looking on VRBO we found this place and it was exactly what we needed! It is an older home, the kitchen was small but it had everything we needed! We were able to cook several, breakfast, lunches, and dinners there which saved us a little money in the long run. There is also a Publix close to the house so that was convenient! My husband and I took the bedroom with the TV, my daughter took the other bedroom and just used her tablet when she wanted to watch something. My 2 boys slept on the pull out couch in the living room so they could watch TV. The beds were comfy and the blankets were cozy! If you're looking for something homey,simple,clean, and convenient, this is a great home!

You need a strong nose to stay as this house smells bad. Three words come to mind: stink stank stunk. Sorry.

Our stay was amazing! We had a few hiccups when we first arrived, the door to the patio was locked and a remote was a little dirty but Stephen came over that SAME NIGHT, and helped us get it unlocked & took the remote to clean. The neighborhood is incredibly safe feeling and we werent bothered by anyone. Its a little far from everything in the city but perfect to keep your family out of the craziness the city has! Well if you want a great location, great host, great restaurants within walking distance and a very fair price this is the place to rent!!!We will rent in again in the very near future!

The house is located on a quiet,residential street. A short distance from Oakhurst with several restaurants. Easy parking in the driveway. Nice bedding. We did not use the kitchen but it appears to have all the necessary appliances. Furniture in the living area could use a bit of an upgrade. We would stay here again.

Overall, the property was clean with most all traveler needs met. A porch project with removed outdoor rug remnants on floor seemed to be in progress. Our understanding was the house had been closed-up for some time. We sprayed Lysol to combat the closed-up smell which took care of the problem. We encountered surprise guests with a common GA pest problem, promptly addressed by the owner.

This is a lil gem in the Oakhurst area of the ATL. Beds are comfy with nice hotel like sheets and pillows. The interior is artfully designed. Kitchen is quaint with everything you need if cooking. Easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. We took taxi from airport and walked everywhere as we were there for a birthday party five blocks away. We wd definitely stay there again. One suggestion us for us ladies to have a small table in bathroom to set our makeup bag(s).

We came to visit our daughter, the location was perfect. The house was lovely with lots of thoughtful considerations. The most important aspect; wonderful beds and linens, we slept like newborns. Enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and look forward to returning. Thank you
