A dream lake house on Lanier Lanier

Great rental! One of the best we have ever stayed in. Newly renovated in a very tasteful and homey style.Even the decks are updated. Light switches labeled (loved that:) And it has everything that is needed and the essentials organized for easy use. And my favorite... a new sponge in the kitchen! (If you know, you know). Bill and Josh were great communicators and were helpful with all our needs. The house is near to Lake Lanier Resort and Twisted Oar restaurant. There is one shared bathroom downstairs and two upstairs; one in the Primary room and the other by laundry room/kitchen. The walk down and up to the lake is on a natural path with no handrails. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Fabulous stay - lots of space for my family, brother’s family, and our dad. Comfortable, new, clean, and the lake was so fun! Many places to hang out and relax.

A must stay location !! The house is absolutely epic ! Super clean - straight forward instructions on welcome letter left with great details. Felt like home - great location to Lake Lanier- had this reserved for my family for my wedding. Lots of space for everyone beds and decorations were wonderful!! Kitchen had all items necessary to cook the grooms cake and all meals. Everyone loved the coffee makers !! The dock is perfect for sun bathing! Great communication with Bill and Josh. We can’t wait to have our 1st family reunion next year here ! Annette & Scott Dodson

We had a wonderful time , everything was great !

So clean and comfortable. Beds were just right. As soon as we walked in, we could smell that it was just cleaned. No shoes allowed inside means the floors are spic and span. Foosball and air hockey were a hit for all. We brought our boat and docked outside the floating boat house. They have cleats there and the walk down the hill is easy. Top notch appliances, great water pressure. Linens and towels are super nice. A/C is cold. Comfortable furniture and garage access to stage our boat days was incredible. Will definitely be back!

Nice clean house. Accommodated 8 of us very nicely. We had access to the lake using their dock to enjoy the lake on my pontoon baot.

Place was great. Very clean with a fresh renovation. House is advertised exactly as it is with the exception of the hot tub listed is actually the jaquzzi tun in master bathroom. Dock had plenty of room and was in great shape. Great no wake zone location. Great place for a large party or bringing the fam.

Wow! What a great place for a large family. The interior and back deck has been recently updated, almost everything is brand new. The dock is on deep water and a great little spot behind Lazy Days Marina. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and the host was a great communicator. Thanks for a great stay.
