Great location clean plenty of room.

The location of the house was wonderful, right across the street from the beach. Easy parking. The house was a great size with a large kitchen and dining area. The only issue we had with the house was the dryer taking forever to dry clothes/towels I think because the vent line needs to be properly cleaned out. The property management was very responsive and sent someone out right away. I also thought the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better, many of the tile showers had mold growing along the caulk lines and we needed to bleach them all.

My family and friends enjoyed our time at this property. It is a great location and nicely decorated. There were some bugs in the kitchen that enjoyed our donuts? and a few minor issues (batteries out in tv remote, light bulbs out, dirty intake vent). But it is a very spacious home and accommodated us well during our fall break. Would stay there again :)

Gorgeous condo across the street from the beach. Took a long for maintenance to arrive for a clogged sink. We called 3 days in a row and they showed up on the 3rd day. There's bugs with wings in the downstairs bedroom. Otherwise it was a great vacation. We would stay there again if the bug problems are addressed.

We had a great stay this past June! The property looked exactly how it looked online, plenty of space, and super short walk to the beach. The only problem we had was when it was time for us to check in, the code that was given to us didn't work and we waited forever for someone to pick up the phone to give us a new one. When we were given that new code, when we came back to the house that night, that code also didn't work so we waited an hour on the phone to get yet another code so we could get back inside. Turns out, whoever stayed before us had unplugged the wifi and everything under the tv (which connects to the door), so thats why it didn't work. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Worst experience I have ever had during a vacation. The customer service was terrible and no one ever called me back when they said they would. I had to call multiple times. The first condo had mold in all of the vents and was dirty. They did not do anything about it until I called again the next day. They did move us to another condo but we never had internet or cable even after calling, emailing and texting multiple times for help. No one seemed to care about our concerns. The condo we rented was supposed to sleep 12, but I actually could only sleep 10 with people sharing small beds. The information ion this unit is misleading and inaccurate. The upstairs thermostat did not work and it was very musty and gross. I highly recommend staying far away from renting. It was one of the worst weekends I have ever had on a vacation. Just terrible!

We rented this property for a week for fall break. There was plenty of room to accommodate 2 families; 4 adults and 4 children. The location was fantastic! The unit is right next door to the pool and a short, easy walk to the beach even with small children. The designated section of the beach was clean and not overcrowded at all. There is a storage closet right off the front porch that was most convenient for storing beach supplies! The kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of a large frying pan. We ended up purchasing an inexpensive one and leaving it there. We did find several opportunities for improvement during our stay. The bedroom upstairs with 2 full size beds does not have a dresser - adding a small dresser would make this room a lot more efficient. Each bathroom was supplied with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. Expect to do laundry every day unless you bring extra from home. This wouldn’t have been that big of a deal except the dryer took AGES to dry a load of towels...and no, we did not overload it. Definitely bring a couple extra kitchen towels. We were supplied with 1. Check the propane for the grill BEFORE you start your dinner! We ran out 5 minutes into grilling and had to finish on the stove. Several remotes for the TVs had dead batteries. The bedroom downstairs has an ant problem (reason for the lower rating for cleanliness). Not very appealing to wake up and see ants crawling on the nightstand. Also, the bathroom downstairs is not connected to the bedroom and it is tiny (basically a half bath with a very small shower built in). It’s the only bathroom not pictured in the listing. Overall, we had a great week; the location cannot be beat! Walking distance to many things; Alvin’s Island, coffee shops, a couple restaurants. If the handful of issues were corrected, this would be a 5 star rating.

Adequate but nothing special.

One bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs. Cold AC, right next to pool, short walk to beach. Short drive to pompano joes, Alvins and shopping. It was clean, nice size rooms. Only one bath tub, the rest are showers.
