A cozy formal dining & Livingroom for a special occasion.

The house was beautiful and met our needs. The pool is not heated and was very cold (not useable) during our stay. The rest was lovely and met our needs well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and very functional. The only issue is the TV in the family room. Very hard to figure out how to work it to get regular TV stations and streaming on apps kept on freezing.

Great location. Quiet location. Close to dining options and freeways. House was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

Home was very nice. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very cool considering the 110 degree heat. Master bed was extremely comfortable. So much so that I bought a similar one for my bedroom on the way home.

The house was fantastic. Has a great pool with fun water feature. The host was incredibly accommodating as I booked the wrong week and she moved my week for me the day of my arrival.

One of the best places to stay away from the LV strip if you want a private home to relax by the pool and enjoy the sunshine.

A beautiful property. The outside entertainment area (pool, spa, seating area, etc) are excellent. The house is well maintained with multiple seating areas. Will stay there again when traveling to LV.

Everything as advertised. Pool was very nice. Little cold, but if you turn off waterfall, it warms up quick.

This property is beautiful! Clean and neat as a pin, exactly as it appeared on listing. The host is very fast to respond if you have any concerns. If you forget anything you are less than a half mile from a shopping district with all types of restaurants and fast food places with a large supermarket as well. We came to see Avaiators baseball and were only 18 minutes from the stadium. Neighborhood is VERY quiet and mornings we would sit out back and drink coffee and read before the day started. 100% would recommend as a getaway stay!

It was a very nice house! We were not able to use all of the amenities but it was a great spot for what we needed. The master bedroom is really nice. We also enjoyed the cool temps inside the house.

A perfect place to stay.

This is our second stay at Judith’s property and it is a great property. We really enjoy the location and all the amenities.

When we arrived an hour early (which was approved) the cleaning person was still there, she informed us that the pool person had not been by so that was dirty and COLD. We also got to install the air filter in the master bedroom for her because the handyman didn't make it over. It was a strange way to start our trip. There are no futons in the final bedroom, that now has workout equipment in it. Bring your own soap, apparently they don't provide hand soap for the bathrooms or kitchen. The carpet and furniture is white - so caution to those with kids. You can't control the heating or cooling of the home, so that's odd too. I would also suggest you bring your own pillows. Overall it was fine, but definitely some quirks.

The house was very spacious overall. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby (but not walking distance). Large, well equipped kitchen. Easy access to highway. Highly recommend a trip to Death Valley NP while you are there if you have time.

This home was spectacular! It is much bigger on the inside compared to the pictures. There was plenty of space for our group of four. The home was spotless when we arrived. We had very good communication through the app with the host about check in and departure. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, which is what we were looking for. We would definitely stay again!

Great home for a large family gathering. Located in a quiet neighborhood with several shopping centers nearby. Parking can be a challenge because there is no street parking.

This is an excellent home to rent for our week stay in Las Vegas to visit our family and friends.

Plenty enough space. Beautiful inside and out. Loved the amenities with the hot tub, pool and all furnishings. Only con was not being able to control the temperature on our own. Otherwise everything was above expectations and look forward to booking it again next trip out.

The house was large and very clean. The living room furniture was comfortable, and the big screen TV was nice. The beds were comfortable. The home in general did not have a homey feel or a lot of the extras we have come to expect from VRBO homes. The kitchen appliances are dated, the refrigerator makes loud noises, and the hot tub was not hot. The garage was not accessible to park our vehicle in. The bathroom had decorative towels, but paper towels instead of a hand towel to dry our hands. Overall, was fine for a quick weekend stay, but would not choose to stay there again.

Property was very nice and the location for us was great. Close to Costco, Walmart, and numerous restaurants. We were away for most the daytime attending events and really enjoyed relaxing in the evenings at this property.

House is gorgeous. Pool was cold cold but hot tub was nice. The only real complaint I had was the AC setting asked for them to be turned down as it was very hot but they never did. The whole stay was 75-76 in the house and 92 outside. Fans help but would have been nicer if the AC was turned down.

This home is so beautiful, comfortable, very organized and in a great location. Very clean and lovingly cared for. Owner was great. Any message sent was promptly answered. One of the vey best rentals I’ve ever booked. ( I book many) Will check for availability to book again when traveling to this area. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

The pictures do not do the property justice. It is a very clean and large home. I love being in north Vegas away from the hustle and bustle, and there is so much close by for gas, food, shopping/restaurants. I didn't get a chance to let the owner know, the guest bathroom off the dining room did not get hot water. Also, the AC had a hard time cooling anything but the master. Since the temp is set and can't be changed, i recommend either having the AC repaired or setting it to 73 in the summer. The nights were a bit hot at 75 in the living room and guest rooms. For us, those were both minor things. We loved cooking in the kitchen, and watching movies in the evening. The pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. A very lovely and comfortable home for the 4 of us. Thank you for accommodating our holiday weekend request.

When we arrived the waterfall and vacuum for the pool didn't work. the air conditioner in the main part of the house didn't work and there was no gas for the gas grill. Judith did address these problems but the solution didn't take place until the evening of our second night. The pool vacuum never worked and luckily there was a charcoal grill to use. For the air conditioner I was on a 3 way call with Judith and the air company for 45 minutes of my family vacation time so I am not at all happy. When you pay substantial $$$ for vacation you expect everything to be fully operational. I will not rent this place again and will not use VRBO as I can't trust anything listed.

We brought our HS grad son & college daughter for my son’s trip to drive at Dream Racing, Exotic Racing and the Hells Kitchen experience. The house worked good for us. Not extremely central, but we knew that going in. The house is well equipped. I would suggest plastic wine glasses for pool time, newer house towel's and a chair in the master bedroom. The stay was nice and worked well.

Lovely, well maintained, and comfortable home with a beautiful pool, yard, and well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping and highways. We especially enjoyed the pool on the hot summer days, axe throwing was a bonus! We are keeping Judith's home on our favorites list!

The house was great for the family stay. Price is great for the amount of space you have and has a great pool. There is shopping and restaurants right around the corner. The hostess Judith was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Vegas.

This home is by far the CLEANEST place I have rented. Judith is an amazing host and prompt with responses. She made us feel at home, going out of her way to make sure my 6 yr old son had activities for the home. The house is large and comfortable. The master bedroom is HUGE. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to dining and groceries.
