Tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the property felt super secure and was well lit — perfect for coming and going during our tournament days. Clean, cozy, and comfortable all around. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in Arkansas for a tournament!

Stayed May 15, 2024We enjoyed a long weekend in this very nicely decorated home. It had everything we needed for our stay. Home was clean and spacious and close to everything we were there for. Parking was a bit tight - but we managed. Neighborhood was quiet and seems to be up and coming with a mixture of home styles. This one was a gem. I would stay again - and do recommend this rental.

Stayed Feb 16, 2024In general the house was as advertised. The only downside was that the thermostat was not working so we didn’t have heat. The owner did have someone get us 2 small space heaters. We also ran out of hot water in the morning. The third person that showered, in the morning, had a chilly shower. Thankfully one person showered the night before.

Stayed Sep 20, 2023We enjoyed our stay...lots of space to be together, or apart! Fully stocked with the basics. Close proximity to the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center. Monica is an awesome, responsive host! I had several requests and she took care of them!
