A Coastal Haven: Beautiful Beach Villa Offers Lots Of Lost Key Lifestyle!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful townhome. The check-in was very easy. We were texting code to get in for check-in. Everything was clean. We stayed for seven days. The Wi-Fi was easy to hook up to the water. Pressure was good. It was nice having a washing machine and a dryer to wash our towels every day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The guys went deep-sea fishing and we had a fish dinner grilled there on the gas grill that’s provided with the home. There was eight of us there and four adult children enjoyed riding the bicycles that were provided to the pool onto the beach. There was a shuttle that would take you to the beach every day. There’s a nice screened in back porch upstairs that we enjoyed every evening there was plenty of room for all eight of us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. We just love it. We hate to have to leave. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Property was great, the area was nice, the local food was good, but...The female shuttle driver was a jerk! When people are new there, ie our first day its not easy to know how things work. She made one of our group (a gentleman) feel very stupid in front of others on the shuttle. Then she did it again on the phone to another in our group. Very unprofessional and casts a very negative light on your property. If I were you I'd get rid of her! The other driver a man was nicer but still seemed to be a bit short such as, when someone called him while we were on his shuttle we could here him say to someone on the phone dont call from the beach club just go outside and wait until we come around just not kind!

Our stay was wonderful. We enjoy the area and the amenities that come with it. The place was clean and was everything we wanted. Thank you!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the pictures show exactly what you are walking into. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because there was an issue with the community poool that left it unusable for half of our stay while it was being fixed. Unfortunately, the property management team felt like it wasn’t a big deal because there was an additional pool at the beach club however it is an extremely small pool so when that is the only place to go it was way too crowded and not really a viable option. I was disappointed that they did not get the large main pool back up and running in a timely manner. It did put a damper on our stay due to there being a lack of pool to spend our time at.

We have stayed there in 2023 and loved it, so booked again. Perfect size for our family, everything you need, kitchen well stocked with many mugs, glasses, dishes,etc. Everything we needed.

This is our 3rd time staying in Perdido Key Resort. It's just hard to beat the resort amenities and proximity to great beaches.The house was great for our adult children with young ones. Any issues we had, were quickly acknowledged by the property management co.Would definitely consider returning again.

Great place to stay just needed to be cleaned better. We had to get cleaning supplies to clean around all the door knobs and some other places.

Over all the places is very nice and in a great location What we didn’t like was the security. Absolutely the rudest and most unhelpful bunch. The red head homeless looking guy with a beard was disrespectful to everyone that crossed his path. He was a smart ass and held people up on purpose to show his “power”. I watched him intentionally start arguments with other cars . Not to mention parking around the pool was a joke. There is no parking signs that indicate weather you can park on the street. The guy in the golf cart was telling people he was going to tow us… we don’t live there and don’t know all the rules. Threatening to tow pain customers ….As far as coming back. Probably not. Again, the house was spectacular and the location was wonderful. I have no complaints as far as that goes.

We’ve booked many VRBO’s and I’m always nervous to get there and actually see the home in person. This rental was such a relief! The moment we walked in I knew the listing was an accurate representation. We felt right at home & loved everything about the house. If we plan a trip to Perdido again we’ll definitely book the same rental.
