A Castle- Lakefront with a jetty & Pet friendly!

Bad start not having hot water on our first night, but Wendy had this sorted out next day, terrific views but perimeter fencing wasn’t quite sealed up enough for our small Terrier because of holes in the fencing, just had to be watchful when they were outside due other dog nextdoor. Besides that our stay was great.

Lovely spot on the water. Great if you have a boat or are into paddle boarding. House is spacious and well cared for. Highly recommended.

Amazing views over the lake towards the mountains.The deck is the perfect place to warm yourself. A fully fenced yard works for the dog. Well appointed with heating and cooling and a fireplace. Kitchen is well provisioned and bedrooms are super comfy. I imagine the waterfront would be a good spot to launch some kayaking or SUP adventures. Very relaxing, chill spot.

Excellent communication from start of our stay to end. Walked through the front door and the view was amazing, Plenty of space and very homely. It had everything you could possibly need. Our dogs enjoyed staying on this property as much as us. We would like to thank you again Wendy for our perfect stay. Highly recommend this property. Will come back again in future.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Castle and it is really a dream holiday house. Great location with private waterfront onto lake, fully fenced which keeps the dogs safe and a very comfortable, well equipped home. Love it!

Large property in a great location. Beautiful outlook to the lake. Large secure garden perfect for our dogs. Access is great to the water, so easy, we fished and paddle board. Comfortable and clean.

The home is beautifully presented and has everything you need for a trip away. The views are breathtaking and instantly felt relaxed. We wanted to spend a weekend on the lake with our new jetski, but was rained out except for the last morning were Wendy was kind enough to let us check out late so we could enjoy the water. This home is a destination in itself

We had a lovely weekend here - great view to the lake, fishing on the jetty, well set up, comfortable and clean and good yard for our dog. Has everything you need and minutes from Paynesville. Recommend!

A well appointed home away from home with lots charm. Comfy beds. Great view of the lake. Nice and quiet area. Loads of wildlife to see and hear. A secure yard for our doggo to play in. Plenty of heating/cooling options in the main living area a well. A place I would gladly visit again.

Beautiful, relaxing stay with my husband and our 2 dogs. Very clean house, amazing views and lots of room outside for the dogs to play. Love the quiet, country feel and the open fire place. So warm & cosy. Would definitely stay here if you are wanting a break from your busy life. ?

5 night get away to enjoy East Gippsland and surrounding area. House was cosy and welcoming. Secure large garden area for our dogs offered convenience and enabled them to play safely. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks.
