Stayed Feb 14, 2026The host was very welcoming. Any question’s I had she responded in a timely manner, conveniently located close to the Kia forum so if you’re attending an event there highly recommend to stay we did take a Uber and drop off time was about five minutes. I think my favorite part about the home was it smelled clean and nice as soon as you walked in the house smelled good. I was perfect for our girls trip if you’re coming in more than one vehicle, the driveway fits two cars perfectly which we also liked we came in three vehicles so we just had to park one on the road, but I mean would sray again highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023When we arrived we were concerned about the property because the landscaping maintenance hadn’t been done in a what looked to be a long while. The trash cans were disheveled by the driveway. One end of the street had a ton of trash and houseless people wander around and sleeping on the ground. The other end was clean and tidy. When we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised at its first appearance. We found out as we were traveling that they don’t offer washcloths or hand towels for guest use, we bought some the next day and left them for their future guests. Not sure what the expectation is for guests to wash their body without a washcloth. They only had one kitchen towel available to us and zero oven mitts/pot holders. There is no dish drainer, so washing large items required the use of the one towel. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe and comfortable inside the home. Recommendations: BBQ Tools Potholders Additional dish towels Leaving a small amount of laundry detergent for guests staying more than a two days (especially with only one kitchen towel for entire time) House needs a solid cleaning (walls need wiped down and area rugs definitely need cleaned/shampooed or replaced) Enough paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) for the guests’ stay. Landscaping needs maintained and home needs sprayed for insects (we killed two black widows outside of the house). Considerations: Plastic wrap for food coverage Identify trash cans to use

Stayed Oct 27, 2022I just want to start off by saying that the house is beautiful inside and out, communication with the owner was amazing, and I’m born and raised in LA so the neighborhood felt like home to me. Furthermore, during the stay at the residence it was a short lived comfortability. We felt like we were being watched/ listened too inside of the home. One example, my friends we’re talking about needing heaters in the house and later that same day and maintenance lady showed up to the property unannounced with heaters, No explanation what so ever. When I expressed my concern to the owner the response was more so pushing it on the maintenance. Lastly, when checking out of the residence, the owner sat outside the house 30 minutes prior to our checkout and watched us pack up and leave. It felt like she was rushing us without saying much. Overall, I did have a good stay I just wish that the process could’ve been more professional.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022I booked this VRBO for my family. We were drawn to the location because of the pictures of the backyard. The photographer, decorator and writer surely made the location look like a beautiful, warm, inviting place. Unfortunately, the “up and coming diverse neighborhood” in the description was not accurate. Upon arrival my family did not feel comfortable enough to stay, so they ended up getting a couple hotel rooms. Communication with the owner was actually good and prompt, so I did appreciate that. Honestly, I should have known with only 2 reviews and 24/7 surveillance that the VRBO was too good to be true. We are from the Bay Area and are not familiar with LA and it’s many neighborhoods. A family friend who was supposed to stay at the VRBO checked Spotcrime.com. It was lit up with assault, robbery and theft crimes all around the VRBO. It was my fault that I did not read the full description or do my research on the neighborhood. Not only did we not get our money back, but we also had to pay for another place for my family stay.
