9BR Paradise: Pool, Spa, Cinema

We are very disappointed with the condition of the property. The pool was unusable, the Wi-Fi and AC did not working, and the home was not clean. These issues made our stay very uncomfortable, especially since we had children who were expecting to use the pool and Wi-Fi during our visit. The owner did not respond to communication from the time of book. I’m still waiting for them to answer my questions about cancellation and checking in (parking to be specific). As soon as we walked in the house and saw the pool I called the property manager immediately no answer. After calling several times property manger manager Steve returned my call and was extremely rude. He mentioned that there’s nothing wrong with the pool that he had been at the house that day to put chemicals in it and that we should be able to swim in a couple of house. He also mentioned that it’s overflowing because of the rain. While having a conversation with the property manager over the phone, he proceeds to tell me to call the owner and hung up the phone me.

Large group of 20 stayed for volleyball tournament at the OCCC. Good location for all the tourist attractions and shopping centers. Plenty of room for multiple people. Large kitchen.

Furniture needs to be updated. Communication was horrible between property manager and client. House can be amazing with the proper communication and updated furnishings.

Upon our arrival the upstairs air conditioning unit was out. Leaving the temperature to sleep in overnight for 6 bedrooms at 85 degrees. The property owner was not willing to get an emergency company to the house that our guests contacted. Once the upstairs AC was running then the downstairs AC unit stopped working. Not acceptable in the June Florida weather. This house is beat up and was not cleaned well before our arrival. So much so that we started an ongoing list of issues.-Gate epass stopped working after night one.-Kitchen very poorly stocked with cheap utensils for a 9 bedroom house. ex. no pizza cutter or pot holders, broken can opener, only 1 lg bowl and baking pan, only the right side of the toaster worked, inadequate amount of dish ware.- Bathrooms...toilet in princess room ran continually, inadequate number of bath towels, bathroom had carpet nails at doorway that were stepped on by a player.- 2 broken outdoor pool chairs- the volume for the main tv was busted off the remote.- the dryer ate a jersey for one of our players.- Even after the upstairs AC started working, it smelt musty the remainder of our stay.- no outlet cover in the Toy story kids room.- stools in kitchen were extremely unstable, leaving us to believe that the review response from the owner about the stools being recently replaced was not true.Overall - the Storybook location was nice. The house and host were less than desired.

House was great, and spacious. Check in was easy and the property manager was great at setting everything up for us and addressing any concerns we had.

House was great, some areas need a slight refurb inc cinema room and downstairs chairs but everything was simple to book and good communication from the host.
