Highlights included its cleanliness, decor, bedroom layout and definitely the location: close to the beach and walkable or bikable to everything in both Rosemary and Alys. The access to the private beach with chairs provided by Jake's was a huge benefit in this area of 30A. Our group of teens enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and available puzzles and board games so much that they were barely on their phones! Management company responded immediately to one minor issue. Book this home, you will not regret it!

Reviewer Comments: The home was all we could ask for, very spacious with a beautiful pool and steps away from the beach. We had internet problems the entire stay, the management company came out to try and repair, however, the problems persisted. Other than this, the home is a 10 out of 10!

Great pool, fire pit, bikes, pool table, beach set up, decks and a five minute walk to the beach. The beach was basically private - we were so grateful to have so much space and so few people sitting near us. The mgmt company was outstanding as well - very communicative and very responsive. Zero complaints!

The house was well equipped with everything our group needed and the staff was quick to respond to any needs. ie: when we decided to heat the pool last minute. We'd stay again!

It was clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the items you'd need. We had 13 in our group and everyone had plenty of space. The street is beautiful, you have your own private beach access, and it's walking distance to both alys and rosemary. 10/10 recommend this house!

You know when you enter a rental home there are always a few things that pictures hide and you’re slightly disappointed in certain areas? Not this house!! From the moment we arrived all expectations were exceeded... SUPER clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is loaded with all your cooking/baking needs (even a Vitamix - I was thrilled!!!) all beds & pillows super comfortable, bathrooms come with soaps & shampoo/conditioner etc. I could go on & on about how the attention to detail is unmatched. I truly can’t say enough about how awesome this house is - I just never wanted to leave! :( Also, this review doesn’t just come from me, we had 8 adults in our group and we all agreed it’s exceptional. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations for superior communication and support in making this a “one for the books” vacation rental. Already looking forward to coming back - hopefully sooner than later!! :)
