Perfect house to get away! Nicely stocked kitchen, every appliance and dish you can think of. Beautiful decor and outdoor patio was stunning. Nestled among the tress, you don’t even know you have neighbors. Short walk to beach - which we did daily. Also rented bikes, which is a must on Kiawah. We had a couple issues with smoke alarm beeping and some bedding issues, but rental company was very responsive and addressed quickly. The only criticism we had was that the comforters on a couple beds were musty and stained on inside - i did advise rental company - so hopefully that gets resolved. But I would definitely rent here again. And highly recommend this property.

Response from Akers to minor problems was quick, pool was the best I have seen on Kiawah. Kitchen well stocked, walk to beach was easy. We were VERY disappointed with upstairs beds and bath. The 2nd King bedroom has no dresser OR closet and has to share a bathroom with the bunk room. There are two sinks and two toilets upstairs for 8 people.

This house was amazing. We have small kids (1-3) and have never been able to relax like we could at this home. The pool and short walk to the beach made it a dream come true. We will be back for many more trips at this home.

The house was fantastic, no complaints about that. We just have an issue that the pool was not heated at all despite being the main reason we chose the property. Despite numerous calls to the property management company they were unable to fix this issue and refunded Us only a tiny amount. If we had known the pool was to be unusable we would of chosen another property without a pool at a fraction of the price. With us having to fly later out in the day we had hoped there would be somewhere we could leave our bags but once again the property management team had zero flexibility with this- not even reserving one bedroom that we could use for a quick shower. Given the amount we had spent on the property we were pretty disappointed with some of the service aspects of the house. The house was amazing and we have no complaints about that!

Great property and awesome location. The house was perfect for our needs. Communication with property mgmt group was quick and easy. Will use again.

Great location on the island. House was clean. Checkout/Check in process was easy and seamless. Pool and spa were great! Only complaint is no garage access. I understand it. Just made it a little more difficult with kids bikes and gear to keep organized. Would stay again!

This is a wonderful comfy house with a nice large pool and lots of privacy. It is a short walk to the beach and no roads need to be crossed so it is great for small children. The screened porch is a lovely added feature . We will be back!

Some things that could have improved our stay-when I asked the rental company about having a car or not, they said not to get one because their was no parking on the island. We did get one, thankfully, because we would have been stranded otherwise. Also, at 2:00 pm on the Saturday of our stay, the pool boy show up unannounced. We had to get out of the pool to let him clean - during our paid vacation time. One of the bikes we rented showed up broken, and they refused to give us a refund.
