    Home is wonderful. Great layout, well appointed. Owner did a great job of supplying everything you need. Location is excellent. Only issue was the exterior double doors in both downstairs bedrooms could not be locked. I reported this to Vacation Company when we checked out, so hopefully that is corrected for the next renters.

    Location was excellent. We had some challenges with the pool and air conditioning. Property management was very responsive. The furniture and rugs are worn and torn which I would not expect. Nice size kitchen with multiple tables, pantry/bar areas. Comfy beds. Easy walk to beach. Pool is nice size. Access to bikes, rafts, pools towels a bonus.

    There were 10 of us who stayed in the house and it was perfect. Kitchen, Dining, and Butlers Pantry were huge! The 10 of us all slept well in beds. There are 2 pull out sofas, but we did not need them. The only thing is that the one in the upstairs bedroom seemed like it would be a super tight squeeze if it were pulled out. The pool area was nice and the walk to the beach was easy. We did not take pets, but the area is fully enclosed if you were to bring a dog. We paid to heat the spa and it worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week vacation.

    The house was just the right size for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of refrigerator space plus a separate ice maker. The weather was great. I hope to come back soon.

    Great location I always love sea pines with the nice trails, quaint shops and restaurants as well as the neighborhood feel right next to the ocean. Best vacation to relax and enjoy family
