9 BR Villa Steps to Oasis Resort & Waterpark/Pets OK/Game Room.

Vacation with your family in the Retreat at Champion's Gate; a resort-style community loaded with family-fun amenities at the Oasis Club (show more: Guest Access or scroll to the end of our photos to view amenities). Our home is refurnished and updated (Dec 2021) with something for everyone in your family: Disney/Pixar themed bedrooms, a game room, billiards lounge, screen-enclosed pool & hot tub*, and more! 9 BR/ 5 BA. ~30 minutes from Disney, Seaworld, Universal, and airport.
The space
**Hot tub and pool heating are available for an additional $25/night. (Sold together; hot tub cannot be heated without the pool also being heated). Please let us know at least two days in advance of your check-in date if you'd like us to turn it on for you.

We are new owners as of Dec 2021 and just refurnished / redecorated our house. We love this house because of it's ability to support large or multiple families and friends to gather; comfortably sleeping 16 guests with bedroom themes for everyone from adult-themed master rooms to Disney/Pixar kids rooms and everything in between.

Our home features beautiful flooring on the ground level and several gathering spaces between the open kitchen/living/dining room floor plan, upstairs billiards lounge, patio pool/spa, or the garage-converted game room with hop shot, air hockey, foosball tables.
Guest access
As our guests you'll enjoy full access to our entire house, it's amenities, and all the family-fun amenities at the Oasis Club Resort (which is an easy 5-minute walk from our house). Amenities include a children's splash pad, lazy river, quiet pool, tiki bar, restaurant, game room, movie theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, and sand volleyball courts.

Guests can also participate in the event schedule hosted by the Oasis Club, which includes things like Karaoke, nightly restaurant specials, weekend and holiday events. We will post a link to the event schedule as a part of our pre check-in communications.

Guests can also use the Country Club accessible to the public where you can enjoy a round of golf (paid) or game of tennis

Our house is in The Retreat at Champion's Gate, which is a part of the Champion's Gate community intentionally designed to host short-term rental guests - there is a good chance your neighbors will also short term rental guests as well.
