The host was very responsive, very intent to address questions in a quick manner. Instructions for the stay was on time and informative. The only complaint we had was the resort and the rules centered around the pool and the restrictions on parking.

The entire home was clean. There was an A/C issue prior to our arrival and the host let me know immediately a tech would be coming out which they did and resolved the issue. Ms. Jun the property manage was great, very friendly and personable. There was an issue with the pool screen and she took care it immediately. The pool was clean also. The host and Ms. Jun were very commincative which is a very important to me. In the future, I would the rent the property again if available and we have a large group. The home is family friendly.

This house and resort was perfect for our occasion. Although we thought parking would be an issue, it was not. The host was prompt when I had questions and communicated with me though out our stay. I highly recommend this property.

The pictures give the impression that this is welcoming and inviting even a family friendly location. We didn't experience any of those things. Upon entering it took only a few minutes before members of my family had headaches from mold and dust. It might be easy to say well perhaps they are sensitive. However another family member before getting in the shower noticed that her feet were black from walking on the carpet. The carpet is not only old but crusty and rough when you walk on it. We immediately left and ended up booking a hotel room for most of the family. You will not see any of this on the description or the photos but in every bed room, hallway, and bathroom are print outs of warnings of fines and all the things you are not allowed to do. There is nothing wrong with making it clear the policies but to do so in every room and every bathroom and every hallway just makes it clear you don't want anyone to stay here. It is also made clear that if there are problems with the house it will be on you. To be able to access the clubhouse pool there is a separate fee. There is nothing wrong with that however no information is given about the clubhouse other than basic amenities. We learned that you could not bring any pool toys with you or you will be immediately kicked out. You also need to be a certain height to be able to ride their water slide which is also not communicated. The personnel at the clubhouse are rude. There is more but space doesn't permit. Do not waste time

It was a easy check in and the house was nice.

This house is perfect for a big family like ours. Pool is a little small but overall a Great deal. Communication with the owner is easy and she replies quickly. I highly recommend it.

My children & their friends had an amazing time at this property. The home was clean, the check in/out process was simple, communication was amazing, the location of the property was a great spot for any parks you plan to attend while staying at this property and it was spacious for a large group. Communication and check-in was great. Pictures on the listing are accurate. The kitchen could have been better equipped, we had to purchase serving bowls and platters. Overall it was ok for the price we paid. The house definitely worn. Gate security was great but this neighborhood is definitely a house party neighborhood as many of the Orlando neighborhoods are.. just book this property with the expectation that there will be lots of people and loud pool parties.

We had a great time at the house no complaints except the sliding glass door to the pool was hard to open.Great location, house pool and community pool were very nice.

This worked well for our family or 9 adults and 7 children.

We brought our youth group from out of state to attend Universal Studio's Rock the Universe weekend. We had plenty of rooms and beds for our whole group

The house was great! Clean and spacious. Loved the layout of the beds. The only thing that was a little bit of a turn off and that I would have liked to know up front when booking for 20 women… there are signs everywhere not to flush anything including toilet paper. Which was a little weird. I understand they may have septic issues but that’s something I would have liked to know. Also there are no spices and no mixing bowls. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans though.

very good , lots of room

The place was amazing the host was the best . They keep us posted on everything because of the storm Answered all my questions in minutes after asking. close by to everything. I would so use again. The closed gated place made use all feel save. We came done after the storm and it look like nothing came threw. .

We will be booking again next year when we return for a Disney trip.This house was better then expected. Very clean, well maintained, clutter free, organize kitchen. Excellent home

The stay was wonderful but one draw back was, the parking spacing must be better. There was not enough parking spaces.
