It was very spacious and quiet. A lot of things to do in the house.

We had family gathering from 6 states for a wedding in Indy. This was a great place for us to spend the weekend. Close to downtown and within walking distance to a park for the kids. I always got prompt responses to my questions.

The House was perfectly situated between the two locations we needed to be. It was very nice and had plenty of room for all of us. The hosts are great with communication!

What a FUN place! We had nine employees and they each had their own room. We loved how close it is to the convention center with an Uber ride that's cheaper, easier, and gives front door service in cold weather. We'll definitely try and stay here again.

Not the best area. Tons of run down, sketch homes in the area, but several that have been redone nicely. We parked early and then didnt actually enter the home till about 1am, slept in till 10am and left right away. The saturday late night was very quiet and seemed safe. No issues at all. Tons of great space to sleep and hang out. The house is broke up a bit and split into two halves. You have to go outside to go from one half to the other. This was obviously no issue for us. We only had 6 people in the whole house and we spread out. This was my first vrbo. I asked the host a couple questions. He seemed annoyed that i didnt know what i was doing. One of my vrbo emails went to spam (outlook) and we only get our spam emails once every 24 hours. However, he answered quickly and did give the info i needed. It was very easy. We would stay with this host again and we would stay in this location again.

Such a cool, quirky house! Eclectic decor, tons of cool features. Extremely well appointed, and the owners make sure you have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Great communication with the owner! No...the floors and walls aren't perfect, as it's an old house. But that all contributes to its quirky charm! Before checking out we already booked the house for the same week in 2025! Everything was described. Loved this place. It was clean and all was in working condition. Hosts were easy to communicate with. LOVED IT!

Awesome and clean spot for a large group - comfortably fit a group of 12 guys in town for a golf trip!
