Stayed Apr 12, 2025The house had the room for our required party. There is a game room, the tables were stuffed with garbage that we had to clean out. The master bathroom shower had no hot water. The house had hair, dirt on walls and baseboards, every crack and crevice was nasty. Corner of rooms, corners of bathrooms, corners of showers had mold. The carpet is damaged at the top of the stairs, the toiler paper holders in half the bathrooms are loose. The pool is nasty, even in a lanai, had not been cleaned. The mattresses are like pits that will leave you unrested. There is literally no bolt on the front door, just a small mechanical latch. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Any area without a carpet, your feet stick to the floor. We cleaned the floors ourselves to make it tolerable. I had to wash all the blankets when we first arrived, one of the kids wanted to sit on couch and when I laid out the blanket half a fake eyelash was stuck to it. some other persons nasty fake eyelash on my kids blanket shows the laziness of whomever “cleans” the property. The furniture in the back yard was ripped and torn, if you lay on the lounge chairs you will have material from the chair sticking to your sunscreen. The couch cushions were filthy and no one in our party sat on the outdoor or indoor couch. We spent the money instacarting sheets to cover all the surfaces of these nasty couches. Do not waste your money here, they clearly could care less about customer service and cleanliness. NEVER again.

Stayed Jun 23, 2023The house was very nice and spacious. Close to Walmart. The pool at the house and the onsite community pool was nice. My only complaint was I missed a very important business meeting (via zoom), and the kids couldn't watch movies because the internet wasn't working on the 1st day of our Trip. But reached out to the manager and he sent a tech guy to fix it. Other than that mishap, we really enjoyed our stay!
