Sea Pines is a great community to explore and take in Hilton Head Island with miles of walking and bikes paths. 2 bikes are included with most stays*, and it is an easy 10-minute drive to the pool, or you can take the seasonal Sea Pines trolley to the pool or beach! This community is also very well known for their golf courses and is home to the annual RBC Heritage golf tournament! There is truly so much to see and do when you stay at 86 Otter Road.

Upon arriving at the home, the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. The high ceilings and beautiful tile flooring throughout the living room and dining area welcome guests into the home. The living room offers a place to gather and watch TV, has a desk for those looking to work remotely and access to the back patio. Just off the living room, guests can enjoy a bar with high top seating, a wine cooler and ice maker! This is the perfect place to gather for an evening cocktail or game night! If you prefer to have a window on nature, step outside to the four-seasons room where you can relax on the Love Sac sofa and stream your favorite movie or TV show. Outside, the patio features a seating area for your morning coffee, dining table and gas grill.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee bar. A formal dining area and peninsula provides plenty of seating for guests to dine together. A full-size washer and dryer are also available for guest use and a new water purification system was installed in January 2024. Down the hall, you will find the bedrooms in the home. The separation between living and sleeping spaces provides added convenience to guests. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, smart TV, patio access and an ensuite. The spa-like ensuite has a stunning tiled walk-in shower. Across the hall, bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed. Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed with a queen-sized trundle. The bedroom has plenty of space so that both beds have walking room surrounding. The hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

    We enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines. This community is our go to. Our previous stays in Sea Pine, we were able to go to Tower Beach and park, however this time we were refused parking and going to this beach.

    House was great and perfect for our stay. Well equipped with everything needed from kitchen items to an ice maker! House has a filtration system which was very nice. Water didn’t taste like beach water! Highly recommend this house!

    What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. We enjoyed walking on the biking path and seeing all of the bikers. We took advantage of the club pass to both the pool and the beach. The beach chairs and beach umbrella were a huge plus! My husband made hamburgers on the grill—you know how guys love their grills and he said this was top notch. All of the bedrooms were very spacious. The only recommendation we had was to provide a tower fan for the bedroom without a ceiling fan. We went kayaking with the dolphins— and yes we saw dolphins and lots of shrimp. We learned so much from Joe our kayaking guide. We highly recommend doing the tour. Can you really go to Hilton Head without stopping at the Salty Dog Cafe? Skip the long wait for indoor or deck seating. Grab a to go menu and wait for a picnic table to open. The food is amazing— salmon BLT, hush puppies, and gator bites. We had such a fabulous time we can’t wait to visit again or start looking for a retirement home. Thanks!!

    We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Home has plenty of towels for bath or beach. Coastal Vacations were very responsive to any thing we needed. Having a great grill on hand was extra nice. Highly recommend anyone to stay at the home. Only draw back was the remotes. A little confusing to use. Lots of channels to view once you get used to them.

    The house was nice. I would recommend written instructions to operate the tvs not just pictures. Each of the 3 units worked differently. In the master bedroom we could only get LG channels.

    Great location, clean, comfortable, spacious home with a great nightly rate compared to others listed. If parking passes were left on the property so there was not an extra stop, that would be awesome!
