Stayed Apr 11, 2025We always come to Springfield for the greater Ozarks tournament, and we’ve never had issues staying in a VRBO. Now, I understand the listing says it’s a multi shared space with a resident staying downstairs but it doesn’t disclose that this occupant smokes in the basement and that they have dogs. For some this may not be a big deal, but for people who don’t smoke or who aren’t around it and all you can smell is smoke and you leave the premises with your clothes smelling like smoke it is rude and inconsiderate. Be honest in your listing and disclose that information.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We raise show cattle and stayed for the Ozark Empire Fair. The location was perfect, just down the road! Rooms were all clean and check in process was easy. Communication was good as well. Definitely will plan to stay if we come back to the OEF next year.
