8400sf Spectacular Mansion POOL AND Mini GOLF Scottsdale/Cave Creek 16 Beds

We are a big family of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 1-14. Fun for all! Pool was awesome-clean & warm. Theater room and game area were also a big hit. We spent most of our time right at the house. As seems so common with rentals, it could use a little TLC but nothing that would ruin our stay. We would consider renting again

We recently stayed at this Cave Creek, AZ property for five days with a group of five families, and overall had a really fun and memorable spring break. The home is huge and truly set up for large groups—there’s plenty of space to spread out, relax, and spend time together. The outdoor amenities are a major highlight: the large pool, swim-up bar, fire pit, gazebo, and sports areas gave everyone something to enjoy, and the mountain views are absolutely beautiful. The mini golf course and sport court were especially fun for the kids, and the spacious grounds made it feel like a private resort.Inside, the home has a huge kitchen that made it easy to cook for a big group, and it’s well stocked with dishes, utensils, and helpful gadgets. There were also extra roller beds, which came in handy, and a movie room that added to the entertainment options. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay—he came by a couple of times to maintain the pool and even dropped off extra towels, which we really appreciated.The house could use a few updates, however nothing needed updating that impacted our stay. The owner was incredibly helpful, and easy to contact with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is such a beautiful, fun place. Although it is in some disrepair we really had a great time. But on the last night it rained through a golf ball-sized hole in one bedroom’s ceiling, and because of that, I complained about that and some loose pavers at the edge of the pool/ hot tub then asked for a discount. The property manager’s response was to attack and gaslight and to accuse our family of trashing the property.

We were a group of 20 and this property couldn’t have been more perfect. John is a terrific host as well! HIGHLY recommended

I can’t say enough good things about John and his home! John was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The house was perfect for our big group and we were all so in love with the patio and pool. The location was perfect with so many food options and Walmart so close but still giving that secluded feeling. I’ll definitely be back for more trips not only because we loved the house but also how at home John made us feel.

This property could be absolutely magical if only for the maintenance and upkeep. Our group fully enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub, gaming areas, fire pit etc. Although a very spacious home with many areas and rooms, there was a lack of maintenance , cleanliness and basic TLC to make it fantastic . It started with the inefficiency of the bed and sleeping quarters to the lack of expense for bath towels and linens. Th kitchen is great with 3 oven and gas cook tops , however all 3 ovens were filthy and caked with grease as well as both refrigerators left with food and drink spills and leftover freezer items from a previous renter . Pantry was completely disorganized and we had to wash any dish or pan before use . Broken disposal, foul odor in the island sink , as well as broken shower handle in Master and lack of hot water. Casita had a bad smell and no need for a weight room with broken equipment -king bed should be used in main house . The electronics are outdated, however it wasn’t too difficult to operate them. When we arrived the Media room door leading outside was held WIDE open by a chair as well as the bathroom door in media room unlocked leading to outside. This vacation home is on the market and we had a potential buyer stop by to look at it . The host responded promptly and offered to come by and address issues . Overall - this Vacation home met our group needs and provided us great memories , and a lot of fun - but if only someone cared it could be amazing!

The property has the potential to be really good but the upkeep is quite poor. - exercise room is unusable (too smelly - even when leaving the doors open to air out)- master shower doesn't get hot... had cold shower on two days, lukewarm the others. - some of the rooms weren't clean- tvs need to be updated. They are old and we had lots of issues with connectivity. If one person is watching a show in the movie room then the person in the living room has to watch the same thing. - all sports equipment should be replaced. We are not serious sports people but the majority of the equipment is broken.. - the owner was always available but complained about us setting the pool temperature above 87 degrees. Seemed a little petty considering how run down the property is. - WIFI is horrible... couldn't do work anywhere outside and still very slow inside. All in all - we made the best out of it and had a great time! The host is very responsive and tried to address some of the issues , however for the price tag it just isn't worth it. Please give this house some TLC for the price you are charging as the home has great potential!

This place was perfect for our stay, 21 guys and no issues with space or amenities. Would highly recommend this to others looking to enjoy cave creek and rest of AZ.

Our entire family had a great time, every sport venue and the pool were big hits.

WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HAD HOPED IT WOULD BE. WE WANTED IT TO BE A SPECIAL TIME FOR OUR PARENTS TO BE WITH THE FAMILY, AND IT DEFINITELY WAS. THE 1 AND 3 YEAR OLD HAD PLENTY OF THINGS TO KEEP THEM ENTERTAINED. THE YOUNG ADULTS AND OLDER ADULTS HAD PLENTY TO KEEP US ALL BUSY FOR 4 DAYS. THERE WAS HIKING JUST OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY. WE COULD JUST WALK TO THE HIKING TRAILS. WE NEVER HAD TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. IT WAS AMAZING HOW MUCH THERE WAS TO DO TO KEEP EVERYONE ENTERTAINED, PLUS JUST BEING ABLE TO RELAX AND ENJOY OUR FAMILY TIME. BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! VERY IMPRESSED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS DECORTATED FOR CHRISTMAS. THE FAMILY WAS REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THAT, MADE IT FEEL REALLY SPECIAL. THE PROPERTY WAS PRETTY WELL EQUIPPED FOR JUST ABOUT EVERTHING. WE'D DEFINITLEY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

We used John’s property for our annual meeting. The house had everything we needed. John is an excellent host and responded to every question instantly. It was a great stay!

We book this house for a golf trip with 20 people. The house was great, tons of beds for everyone and the back yard pool/ activity area was amazing! Pool was great, we played tennis, basketball and cornhole! John was a great host. Easy check in and out and made everything very easy. Our group would love to stay again.
