8 Terra Bella Trace, Oceanfront, Roof Top Deck, Pool, Free Golf

This is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. The home is perfectly located directly on the beach with a private boardwalk. The interior of the home is above excellent. Professionally decorated and comfortable. We hope to come back next year and stay in this amazing home.

Always a pleasure. Clean house, close to the ocean, quiet area but close to shopping and restaurants- this is our go to for Hilton Head! Thanks for another awesome stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Hilton Head! The house is even better in person than in the pictures. There are small touches of books you would actually want to read and games you would want to play that make you feel right at home. Whoever did the decorating did such a great job! It was incredibly clean and we loved having our own walkway to the beach. We had more than enough room and the beds were super comfortable. We went on this trip to celebrate Mother’s Day and it was my MIL’s first trip to Hilton head.. she already wants to book our next trip and she said ‘It must be at this house!’ Thank you for having us and we look forward to staying with y’all again!

Elevator use was a must for me because I’m a double amputee in a wheelchair and my mom has bad knees. Only wished elevator went to tip top floor. The kitchen was well stocked w all kinds of cookware and whatever you needed. I hired the East Coast Chef Chef Lynn Michelle to cook a Sunday brunch ,which was very nice! She was able to use lots of the well stocked dishes to set a really pretty table for us. Food was amazing! Also , on 2 nd floor bedroom sliding glass door , I saw a 8 point Buck, rabbit, raccoon...and lots of birds in the marsh.. so that was exciting to see some wildlife in woods. Miss Andi from Vacation Homes Of Hilton Head was very helpful and always is , that is why I am a repeat customer. Enjoyed my stay , the location, and all that Hilton Head has to offer...

We have stayed at Marriott SurfWatch for over 15 years and watched this home being built. After selling our time shares we decided to rent this home for the first time. We enjoyed the company of our adult children and very close friends. We loved the location as we are familiar with the beach and still wanted to visit Sea Salts and walk down to Coco's. We loved the home. Lots of space and phenomenal view of morning sun rises. The pool offered a great retreat from the sun and just a very short walk up the private dock. If I had any critique of this property (which is very hard to do) the pantry space is VERY minimal. With 9 adults it was tough to find space to store the food for the week (all the cabinets were filled with everything you need for the week to cook and serve drinks). But a small sacrifice for the awesome location. We will be back next year. Cheers.

Beautiful new home - enough bedrooms with private baths for family of 16! Rooftop deck was perfect for July 4 fireworks observation! Close proximity of multiple condos plus holiday week combined for a very crowded beach.

Everyone loved the showers; we watched the sunrise from the front porch and the sunset from the rooftop porch—a great vacation at 8 Terra Bella Trace. We had one issue and discussed this with our management company representative. The elevator was perfect for our senior family members with mobility issues.

Low rating for maintenance and cleanliness due unclean pool that was overgrown with algae, for which we paid to be heated but could not use the entire stay. Property manager late in responding, but at least credited back the pool heating fee (and late checkout fee).
