With the beach at your doorstep and Heavenly Ski Resort, golf courses, hiking/biking trails, beaches and parks, water/snow sport rentals, and casinos nearby, you’ll enjoy Tahoe at its best. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment, boat/water rentals, and shopping are all within walking distance.

A gourmet kitchen awaits with luxury appliances to make preparing meals a dining experience! This well-stocked kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf convection double oven, rangetop, and microwave. Enjoy grilling, dining and lounging on the deck all while taking in the gorgeous lake views, mountain vistas, and stunning sunsets.

Comfort abounds in all four bedrooms thoughtfully furnished with Four Seasons mattresses and Frette linens. The media room is multifunctional, it has pocket doors which easily convert it from entertainment area to private office to additional bedroom with an American Leather sleeper sofa. Three separate work spaces in this home make it possible to work comfortably in your home away from home.

• Only outdoor security cameras are used to ensure parking & occupancy don’t exceed approved limits

Please note:

• Home’s maximum occupancy is 8 people. This applies 24/7.
• No smoking/vaping is allowed in the home or on the property.
• Pets are not allowed. Penalties apply and possible eviction. This is an HOA mandatory rule (except for owners).
• This home has stairs with no elevator access.
• No parking allowed in marked on-site manager’s spot and do not park blocking other vehicles
• Travelers insurance is strongly recommended in the event of trip cancellation
• The City of South Lake Tahoe has Vacation Home Rental Ordinances with a zero tolerance policy that we respect and support to ensure that everyone enjoys the beauty and serenity of South Lake Tahoe.

Note: After you book this home, you will be required to sign a brief Good Neighbor Contract. This is a requirement of City of South Lake Tahoe (this is based on the City's legal requirements to rent a VHR). The contract will state that you agree to follow all Vacation Home Rental Ordinances. Several of the most important laws will be outlined. Failure to sign this contract in a timely manner will cause your booking to be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee based on our advertised cancellation fee, based on the time of cancellation.

Cleaning fees also include: Maintenance, supplies, restocking costs. This pays for guest consumables (Such as laundry detergent, soaps, shampoos, starter set of paper towels, tp, etc. For longer stays, we ask guests to purchase). Replacement of items such as broken coffee makers, portable heaters, fans, linens, towels and more. Regular trash removal from bear bins to town dump. We ask guests to assist with optional checkout procedures that are very time consuming such as start dishwasher, wash a load or two of towels. While these procedures are optional for guests, they are highly appreciated to help save our cleaners time, particularly for our back to back turnovers which are very difficult in the Vacation Home Rental industry. – Thank You Lux Villa VR

    This is a spacious condo with a beautiful view of the lake!It was very clean with comfy beds and a fabulous kitchen!The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook! There were chairs available to take to the many beaches we visited. The balcony had the best view for my morning coffee time!! The host was very easy to communicate with. My family ( my husband and I along with daughter, son in law and 2 grandsons) had a wonderful time!! I highly recommend this condo and hope to return again!!

    This was an amazingly relaxing and beautiful property that we enjoyed very much. Close to the action (restaurants, etc) with nice walking paths as well. Grocery store across the street. Great place.

    Yes, it’s pricey, but we wanted for nothing. Location was fantastic, marred only slightly by US 50 at our back—but not near the lake view. :-) beautifully appointed kitchen that we took full advantage of. The very nearby excellent wine bar and fun tiki bar were icing on the cake.

    Top notch accomodations with amazing views in a very peaceful surrounding. So close to beaches, restaurants and shops that you can walk to many. Also, easy drive to kayaking and Emerald Bay. We really couldn't ask for a better vacation home.

    Overall, the property is very nice. Fantastic views and great location. The patio is amazing as are the grounds. The care taker is very nice and the pool was always clean. The kitchen appliances are high end and very functional. Conversely, the washer and dryer is a joke. It is made for a studio apartment, not a large home. Doing laundry was difficult with 8 people, especially because the tiny washer worked intermittently. The furniture and bedding is comfortable but be aware that that all linens and pillows contain down feathers and there are no alternatives if you have allergies. There are other minor maintenance issues such as slow draining sinks and the igniter on the BBQ does not work. But other than that, the property is top notch. Would definitely book it again.

    We had grandparents, adult children, spouses and a grand baby. The condo was very spacious and everyone loved the back deck and the beautiful lake view. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was very walkable to restaurants and such.
