Well-equipped holiday cottage located in one of the most sought after cottage areas close to Ebeltoft harbour and town. The house is renovated in 2015. The pool has a depth of 1.25 m. Here the children can play while you relax on the couch, from where you have a good view of the pool. The well-appointed kitchen has e.g. dishwasher. The living room is the gathering point where there is room for games, watching TV or reading a book. For the cool evenings you can light up the wood-burnig stoveand hear the fire crackling. The house is bright and spacious with modern furnishings. Located on undisturbed light plot with a clear view of greenery on 3 sides. There is sea view from the terrace. For smaller children the plot has swing and sandpit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
