Stayed Feb 5, 2026This property is everything! We traveled as a group of six adults. The property was large enough to give you privacy when needed and come together as a group as you desire. You can view the scene of nature on the patio, sit by the fireplace and read or watch tv or go downstairs to the theater or play some games. The host was very responsive and accommodating which enhanced my perception of this property. We love this property enough to pin it for future travel to the Asheville area!

Stayed Jan 1, 2026Great property for our group! We had teenagers and we were visiting to snow ski in Maggie Valley but wanted a place in Asheville for restaurants and shopping. The Outlets are very close and there were so many amazing restaurants and a very nice downtown area. The house was very roomy and very clean. The basement had nice amenities and the hot tub was appreciated after a long day of skiing. There is a garage and plenty of parking. The neighborhood was safe and in a great location. Communication was great with the property owners. They were very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 9, 2025It was OK. The property was billed as Luxurious. It was not luxurious. It was adequate. The property was billed with a fully equipped chef's kitchen. It is not a fully equipped chef's kitchen. There was not even a serrated knife to slice a loaf of bread. I bought a knife and left it there. The curtains in the main bedroom did not even cover the windows. There were only six towels for the pool. The house has unfinished areas - like the hallway room in the bottom floor that does not even have baseboards. The pool was nice and we all enjoyed it. And - when I contacted the rental property firm to ask about heating the pool - they said they would be happy to do so - for an (outrageous) fee of 200 a day. The property was an expensive rental and it did not live up to its description or the cost.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Just had a great stay at Brennan Brook with pets. The house was very spacious and had everything that we needed. Although there was an issue with the door lock upon arrival, the management company was super quick to respond and get us into the house. I only wish we had had more sunny days for the pool! This house was convenient to everything in the area...pretty much 15-20 min to everything!! A big bonus! Don't hesitate to book in the future.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025My family and I decided to travel for the 4th of July as a quick weekend getaway. I traveled with my sisters family, as it was her birthday, and we wanted to be together to celebrate. The house was large and accommodating to our crew of 8. The kids loved the pool, game room, and movie room. We would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Stayed May 29, 2024We were delighted with this beautiful house and location! It was all adults at our gathering and everyone loved something about it. The game room was a big hit with a ping pong tournament being the highlight. The fire pit and hot tub were splendid but, honestly, we spent most of our time at the dining room table or on the back porch. Lovely place! Highly recommend!
