8 minutes from Las Vegas strip this is the best location to move around

Perfect location, just a few minutes from the strip. I had food delivered several times without a problem even though it’s located in a gated neighborhood. I hope to stay here again for my next trip to Vegas!

The AC was find. It could be adjusted, which was great . Kitchen appliances were great however some have a seasoning rack .Also,, it would be nice to have a TV in each room,,,,! This was kinda expected.Overall stay was great !

Mario was an amazing host and I would definitely rent again if ever in Las Vegas!!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and well-stocked. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Close to Allegiant Stadium, where we were going for the show, and just a short drive from the strip.

Nice and spacious home perfect for small groups. The kitchen and baths were well appointed and it is close to Allegiant Stadium .

Beautiful property just as advertised. Cute back patio with bistro lights to light up the wall but leaves need to be cleaned up and a few weeds. Perfect location for us while attending the AC/DC concert!! Comfortable beds, clean and all amenities included. Quiet neighborhood and we walked the canal for our daily morning walk! Thank Mario!! We will be returning!

It was a great place, it had everything we needed and easy to catch an Uber to where we needed to go.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was lots of room, lots of community spaces, and everything was clean. We had absolutely no problems. The host was communicative and always replied quickly. And so close to the strip. 100 times better than staying at a hotel.

We came in for the Broncos - Raiders game, the stay was extremely comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The walk to Allegiance Stadium took about 25 minutes, all safe sidewalk. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay. Not far from the strip & peace and quiet safe gated community.

Great property! Clean, modern, quiet and safe. The property was further away from Allegiance Stadium than anticipated. We decided to rent a car so everything worked out. Good location with stores and restaurants. Beds not that comfy, flat pillows, and TV was limited to whatever you have for apps. I have Verizon and was not always able to use the internet in my phone. One or two bars. Host was easy to contact. Overall a good stay.

We decided to stay off the strip for this trip. The townhouse was clean, well equipped and close to everything on the Strip. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and thorough. Would stay there again.

The place gave us room to hang out and was close enough to the strip to grab an Uber when we wanted to go out at night. No issues, very responsive

The property and management were excellent. However issues seemingly outside anyone’s control made this trip less than spectacular. An electrical issue caused an issue with outlets in the space and the water heater, resulting in no hot water. Property manager was able to get an electrician to resolve the issue next day. Further issue with security system making noise due to insufficient battery life.

Clean Vegas townhouse, our Host was quick to respond, the beds were comfortable, the quiet neighborhood with a security gate was a plus.

Everything as described and great place to relax after a long day.

We loved the location and size of Mario’s place. Far enough away from the strip you didn’t have to deal with immediate traffic, noise and large volume of people but close enough you aren’t spending a ton for Ubers either. The home it’s self was spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a vacation. Only thing I would say is one of the guest bedrooms could use a mattress update but otherwise it was a great place to stay during our visit.

Perfect location near almost everything you would want to see in Vegas.

We enjoyed the quiet surrounding the property not a lot of noise traffic. Oh and the beds!! The best sleep we ever had in a while, we want to know what type of mattress and sheets you have ?❤️.
