Stayed Feb 12, 2026Overall, this was a wonderful home for a vacation with young children because of the location. The small hill behind the house was perfect for sledding, building snowmen and having snowball fights. The kids were very excited about the bunk beds, and the natural light at the top of the house was great for the adults.I would be aware that there are some things that could make the stay better. The dishwasher is finnicky and old. Consequently, we arrived to find a washer that was full of dirty dishes, in spite of the fact that it looked like previous guests had tried to run the machine. The hair dryer was also on its last legs, and we alerted the home management that the tv was not workable. They did offer to come out, but we didn't want to take time out of our trip. To be honest, it ended up being fine having a weekend without tv.There were very few amenities in the way of shampoo, body lotion, paper towels or toilet paper. Just be aware when planning your trip that you might need to bring your own. Most of the bottles were nearly empty, and we had to buy paper towels.We would rent this house again, but these are some things that we would have planned for better with some insight.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025Dirty! Home had not been properly cleaned. The property is in need of a deep cleaning. Food splatter on ceiling in kitchen, old food stuck to floor in dining are, most items in kitchen were dirty. Pots/pans had to be washed before we could use. Non stick coating on all pans are damaged/scratched. We had to load cups & mugs in dishwasher upon arrival to have clean cups. Foosball table missing balls, dvd player in family room had no power cable or hdmi cable (inoperable). Corners/edges of carpet had crumbs, dirt. I’m happy to provide photos of everything. The host initially offered to come over about halfway through our stay to clean. After her missed attempt, host stated if we are unhappy with the accommodations, we could leave!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The house was great for kids, plenty of space to play and relax in the gameroom. The kitchen was supplied well. The hill next to the house worked well to play in the snow as well as the snow park and activity center down the road.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The home is sufficient for a getaway during winter. Geared for a ski trip. Plenty of beds, linen, and cooking supplies to prepare meals.
